Randomly taken £6 out of my bank account yesterday?! Bamboozled as haven’t used one of these for months on end. I contacted them to ask and they said it was a mistake and off the back of using it 9 months ago 👀

I’ve emailed in response to ask why they are storing my card details and had no response as of yet

I have been scammed. After months of no visibility on when I would receive my Coachella 2023 tickets, they have been "returned" to Lyte and I have only been given half my money back. Where can I complain?

The response below is not accurate at all and not representative of the facts. I have a received an email, but my tickets were not reinstated, and I did not get either my money back either.

The customer service team has no telephone number and the response time is typically 3-5 days.

I stand by my original statement, this feels like a scam.

They just rescheduled the lantern festival due to high winds, which would normally not be that big of a deal. But they did it a week before the original date and pushed it to September (7 months after original date). This is ridiculous. I requested a refund but it seems unlikely that I will receive one because I didn't purchase the $20 ticket protection scam. Save your money they are completely scamming you.

Ryan was a tremendous help! Very quick response time and reassured me every step of the way. If I ever have a problem, I hope I get Ryan again.

I got responses fairly quickly and was helped with every single issue that came up. They did everything they could to resolve my issues and every single one of them was resolved. Friendly staff as well.

Absolutely amazed when I was able to purchase Coachella Tickets for 2023. I have been trying for years and this company made it happen!
The, my niece decided to get married and I had to return the tickets. I was amazed at how easy it was and how they were so accommodating. Bought the tickets one day, and the next I had to return them. They were gracious and so easy top work with. Outstanding company. Will purchase again.

Very quick and efficient communication with the issue I had. Did not give me any issues or present with an hesitations.

I needed a refund and indicated the wrong email address. Lyte responded quickly and fixed the situation to allow for the refund to be processed.

I can’t rave about this company enough. It gave me the ability to get tickets to a sold out show without paying ridiculous scalper prices or having to worry about being scammed. I put in a ticket because initially when I tried to buy the tickets for an event there wasn’t an option to get in line live, I contacted support and Ryan got it fixed for me wicked fast and I got my ticket order filled a couple of weeks later!

I was chatting with Ryan from Lyte about canceling my tickets and he was very responsive and very kind. It always nice to get a good service like this. Thank you Ryan.

I was helped by Jazz, there was a mix up with my initial order and it required I fix it but my email to fix issue was spammed but because of Jazz continuing to follow up with me I was able to catch the email, even though it was late but she was able to fix the issue issue right away. I am very thankful for Jazz and very satisfied with my experience 100%. Thankful that we will be able to attend our event on the day we most wanted it!!! Wonder customer service, friendly, and very helpful!!

There was a glitch with the system when I was trying to purchase a ticket directly from another seller. I contacted customer service, and they promptly fixed the issue (multiple duplicate credit card charges). Then, without prompting, Teresa, a representative, reached out and offered me 2 Burning Man tickets (extremely scarce!) and 1 vehicle pass! This was an extremely gracious and appreciated gesture. Because of their supreme customer service, my friend could go to BM!

Went to Lyte website to purchase tickets from a friend for an event. The payment page kept saying 'internal error' and didn't show it completing the purchase so I tried several times with different cards. Lyte charged ALL of my cards EVERY time and charged me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for NOTHING because I never even received any tickets.

Want to commend Gene at Lyte for great communication and response in dealing with my Burning Man tickets through STEP! Thanks for the help and greatly appreciated!

Lyte has excellent support! I opened two support requests related to some issues I had with my tickets and in both occasions the customer support agents responded within less than 1h and resolved my problems.

I emailed customer service since my tickets didn't show up online when I tried to access them. Jazz responded very promptly with explicit directions and....I was able to return my tickets.
Truly appreciated the prompt reply and friendly email from Jazz.

Lyte was awesome to work with. I had complications on my end and they were so quick to respond and help me get everything figured out before my event. Special thanks to Ryan :)

I had some very unfortunate circumstances that made my ticket status questionable days before the event. I had some very helpful employees on my ticket and resolved my concerns within a day of giving them the info. Unbelievably quick response and some of the best service I have actually ever received
