Absolutely top drawer service. I contacted the customer service team about a lost driver’s licence and they responded within a couple of hours saying they had retrieved it.
They’ve since put it in the post and paid the postage!

The issues arose from the fact that your were towing a trailer which displayed a different VRN to your vehicle, so understandably, this confuses the ANPR cameras and delayed trip construction. Waste of money, over the top price just for a single trip. Breeze account is a waste of time too. I would rather sit in traffic
