Ive just had a Flexgate repair to my 2017 Macbook Pro. Totally seamless experience with exemplary customer service and my Macbook was returned looking like new! I was kept informed throughout the process and the repair was completed within a few days I cannot recommend these guys highly enough and wont hesitate to use them again should the need arise..

Cannot recommend this company enough. I water damaged my Mac (idiot) and was quoted around £800 to repair it by a certified Apple refurbisher. My Mac is a 2020 model so it just wasn't worth it, I spotted eFix online and put my faith in them. From the start Reece was so communicative, emailing at every step to keep me updated on the status of my repair. Just had it returned today and it looks better than it did previously! And of course is all fixed, for a much more reasonable price than I was quoted by Apple. Thank you so much for the amazing work you've done, can't thank you enough.

I recently asked eFix to renew the battery in my 2014 Macbook Pro. They did this quickly and efficiently, and were very responsive to my questions. They even checked and cleaned the thunderbolt ports for free when I mentioned that they seemed unreliable. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service. I have had two MacBooks repaired by eFix, one needed a new screen as I cracked it by shutting the cover with something lodged in the hinge area, the other was a battery replacement and to replace a crackling speaker. The worrisome aspect of posting off one's Mac is in fact faultlessly handled due to the pre-paid label Post-Office drop-off arrangement eFix provides. Both computers returned within a matter of days in perfect working order. Highly recommended.

I’m so happy I found efix. From start to finish the communication was excellent. The response times to my queries was so quick and I was kept fully up to date throughout the whole process. My laptop is now working perfectly again and I can see great care was taken with the repairs and also the postage. I would highly recommend efix to anyone needing MacBook repairs.

Incredible service! My laptop would switch off every time I opened the lid and I tried getting help from a local guy in Manchester who said I had to pay for a new screen which would have cost LOADS so I found eFix online and the service was brilliant. I was told I didn't need a new screen and they could fix the real issue so it wouldn't be a problem ever again. They always communicated well and the laptop was back in no time, and it works perfectly! Thanks so much!

When my MacBook screen started to go funny, lots of lines and flashing lights, somebody told me about eFix and after a discussion over the phone and with trepidation I sent off the laptop with fingers crossed.

My MacBook suffered a coffee spill over the Christmas period and would not turn on. The repairer I had used for the previous spillage three years ago had ceased trading, so I searched for a company online and settled on eFix. It proved to be a very good choice - each stage of the process was handled very professionally and the communication was excellent. Reece explained the options and was happy to do the minimum to get the laptop working as I planned to migrate the old Macbook to a newer replacement. The repaired MacBook was returned in working order and I've now completed the migration.
Overall what could have been an expensive and stressful transaction was completed in a professional and friendly way and I'm very happy with the result.

Exceptional service from start to finish! I had several email and phone conversations prior to booking my Macbook in for a replacement display. They quoted me half the price that I was quoted by Apple and John Lewis! Free, insured postage to deliver my item to them and Free return via DPD. eFix kept me up to date at all times and turned my repair around promptly. Nothing not to like and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A special mention has to go to Reece, who provided an outstanding customer experience. Very rare in this day and age.

Used eFix before. First time I dropped off my Macbook off to see who I was dealing with. This time I sent it. Reece diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed in 7 days including deliveries. Great service an I have full confidence in not being ripped off.

I first sent an email to the company, asking for possible causes for My MacBook Pro M1 not working, and they quickly sent a thorough explanation of likely causes, debunking some of what I found on the internet.
Their price to fix it was around half of what Apple would charge, and they did an exceptional job, shipping my laptop back on time, so I was without for a total of 10 days. Absolutely delighted with their service, my Macbook is now as good as new

A great service from beginning to end, great communication. Good value. Apple wouldn’t repair my laptop and asked if they could recycle it. Because of a coffee spill! eFix assessed and repaired it for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

When my MacBook screen went black I thought that was it. I took it to apple and they told me it would cost at least 600£ to fix. Luckily I found e fix and the completely fixed the screen and redelivered it to me for so much less. Everything works perfectly. Thank you so much!
