Mackenzie Smith - Estate, Lettings and Land agents Reviews

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Simon Dredge at Mackenzie Smith, for his exceptional service and support throughout what turned out to be a very lengthy and challenging property sale.

From the outset, Simon was incredibly knowledgeable, proactive, and professional. Despite significant delays and lack of communication from the solicitors involved, Simon went above and beyond to keep the process moving forward. He kept me fully informed at every stage and did everything within his power to ensure the sale progressed as smoothly as possible.

His dedication, patience, and genuine care made a difficult experience far more manageable, and I truly felt supported from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon and the team at Mackenzie Smith, to anyone looking for an agent who is both highly competent and genuinely committed to their clients.

Mackenzie Smith, Ash Vale Office, found us a buyer within 10 days of acting for us. We had been tied in, for 20 weeks, with another agency that would send people who were not in the market for our type of property.
Jason kept us informed each step of the way until successful completion of the sale.
We would use Mackenzie Smith and Jason again.

We were already great fans of Mackenzie Smith but following a recent experience of selling land with them we are now super fans. Our thanks to the amazing Gary Tetlow (who is very, very sadly no longer working for the company). Gary's years of knowledge and experience are only matched (if not exceeded) by his patience and professionalism.

Following his departure we were brilliantly looked after by the WONDERFUL Katherine Gray, Land Director. When we reached the end of our tether she held our hands (and what was left of our tethers) and she pushed and pulled until we got over the finishing line. All the while with great humour and professionalism, such a winning combination. Proof positive that when the chips appear to be down you need someone you can trust, and just generally 'get on with' in your corner.

Thank you Mackenzie Smith - whenever the moving/selling/buying urge calls again we will be back!

Twelve years ago I bought a property in Farnborough as a buy-to-let investment and elected to go with Mackenzie Smith to run things as a fully managed let. Turned out to be an excellent decision. The lettings team have done an amazing job, sorting out repairs quickly and effectively, ensuring everything complied with legislation and quickly securing new tenants as and when – a superb service. More recently time came to sell the property and the sales team at Mackenzie Smith have delivered similarly excellent service, providing great advice, actively monitoring the sales process from beginning to end and applying gentle pressure as and when needed to keep things moving along. In summary, my experience is that both the lettings and the sales teams at Mackenzie Smith have set the standard for what top quality professional service looks like.

The team did a fabulous job from start to finish.
Providing sensible and realistic advice David, Justin and the team kept us informed and supported us during both sales.
They did everything they could to make it an easy process.

Andrew was incredibly kind and accommodating, arranging appointments even after hours. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made the entire process smooth and effortless.

I would thoroughly recommend Mackenzie Smith to sell and buy a property. David and Steve from the Farnborough office have been so helpful in the process from start to finish. Excellent communication with regular updates on the sale, support and advice. We can’t thank you enough that everything has gone through smoothly and we knew we were in good hands.

Approachable, informative, friendly, knowledgeable service. Kept us updated regularly. Useful local expertise and connections. Efficiently insured completion of requirements from other parties and pursued where and when necessary.

Great team, very helpful & pro-active with getting the property sold.

Everyone at Mackenzie Smith Ash Vale office was so efficient and helpful. Particularly Nick who was an excellent support from the very first phone enquiry all the way through to loads of support on move day. Nick not only helped us to find the very best property for my uncle but also dealt brilliantly and with compassion with sale of a very old family home.
Just can’t thank Nick and all at Mackenzie Smith Ash Vale office enough.

Where the other estate agent failed over a long period to sell our flat, the whole Mackenzie team were professional, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Although it was a tricky flat to sell, they never gave up. I can highly recommend. Many thanks. Richard and Joanne.

Really good service from Andy Travers of Mackenzie Smith in Fleet.

He dealt with my only ever letting as a landlord very professionally and he and his team helped with some really good advice and assistance.

Quick easy property sale with very good communication.

They made the whole experience bearable!

Extremely good service from Mackenzie Smith throughout a rather difficult sales process. Nick, Steve and Jason all gave good feedback, help and advice to get the sale through to completion.

Fantastic communication and professionalism from Nick, couldn’t rate them highly enough. You’re in safe hands here!

I was very impressed since the first time I contacted McKenzies Farnborough for viewing the property. I had a very good response from Steve he was very friendly and always helpful with informations. He gave me support and followed up the process until the end. Very good agent. Great service 👍👏

Andrew always manages to find new tenants very quickly and at the rent he has suggested.
