Won’t accept return
I ordered from Macom as they looked really good and read so many good reviews. I ordered a body garment for my post mm surgery. It arrived very quickly, so I tried this on. Unfortunately it was too small. Due to being only 8 days post op at the time deodorant, lotion or anything like that haven’t been worn due to being advised not to be my surgeon. I made sure tags were on and kept it in original packaging. I sent it back on Thursday tracked. I then received it back Saturday Morning saying they won’t accept it. Due to being worn (I only tried it on) and lotion or deodorant marks (haven’t worn deodorant). I will have to try to sell it privately and probably lose money but hey lesson learnt.

I bought a compression binder to wear…
I bought a compression binder to wear after surgery and it is very uncomfortable and not easy to put on at all. It was also quite expensive.

Fantastic support bras and excellent customer service
I only found out a couple days before that I was going in for my surgery so I only had 3 working days for my bra to come. I emailed customer service and asked if they could send my package ASAP they responded and said they will send it that day. It was then delivered in two days!! Fantastic customer service I was so happy it came in time. The bra has been amazing for my recovery, it is so supportive and so comfortable. I put it on straight after my surgery and it helped immensely. Have told my surgeon to recommended to patients to order theses bras. Thank you very much.

Second time using the Macom bra!
I had surgery in 2017 and got a Macom bra and it was amazing. So comfy and I am going for surgery again in 2 weeks so I’ve purchased again as I know I’ll be comfortable during my recovery. Some post op bras are so bad you have to stick socks in to stop them digging in! Definitely not the case with the Macom bra I am always telling people to spend a little more and invest in one as it’s sooooo worth it! X

The goods arrived swiftly and were packaged discreetly. I initially chose the ultimate bra in my usual size, S/32, as advised by the nurses. However, the band still flipped up and pressed against my incisions, causing discomfort. After reading other reviews, I decided to try two signature bras in a medium, which proved to be more comfortable overall, though the band still turned up and pressed against my incisions. To alleviate some of the discomfort, I now wear a soft tank top underneath the bra. For reference, my under-bust measurement is 29 inches.

The only bras to use after breast augmentation.
Needed compression bras for after my surgery. These garments are the best offering the best support and very comfortable i still use them now as they offer bras to wear well after surgery for added support and comfort, the website is very easy to use and explains at which point to change to the next bra as not to comprise your surgery results.

Received goods quickly and discreetly…
Received goods quickly and discreetly packaged. I ordered my normal band size S/32 in the ultimate bra. Despite the nurses assuring it was the right size the band flipped up and dug right into my incisions. So sore and uncomfortable. I looked at other reviews and ordered two signature bras in a medium. These were a much better fit overall and did alleviate a lot of discomfort however immediately the band flipped up and also dug into my incisions.
I have now taken to wearing a soft tank top under the bra, this helps a bit .
I measure 29 inches under my breasts .

The service was great unfortunately the bra itself wasn't any good, it was the right size but rubbed my skin the wrong way and was super uncomfortable...I reverted to wearing something from my wardrobe instead...
