Had my surgery a week ago and my Signature bra started to roll up. Was advised to get the Comfort bra instead and it was a game changer, instant relief. So much better, it's the best Macom bra.
Got it really fast too. Great service.

Ordering was simple, and receiving my order was much faster than I expected, given that it was a UK-based company. I haven't used my explant bras yet (12/15/25 is my surgery date), however, I have tested the fit and they are comfy and exactly what I was hoping for.

Incredibly comfortable post-surgery bra – so good I bought a second one and plan to wear them long after I need to! Comfy to sleep in, lovely stretchy fabric and super supportive.

I had breast cancer and a mastectomy last year, and last week I had reconstructive surgery with implants and went a little bigger than before. I bought the Ultimate longline compression bra and it is so comfortable and supportive. I'm quite tall (5'7") and I was advised to buy the longer lengths bra and it fits well. I'm currently wearing it 24/7. I think the shorter length would also be fine. I have a size M, and I am approximately a 34D.I'm so happy with it, I feel it's really holding everything in place and giving me confidence and reassurance in these early post-op-days. I have had no issues with it rolling up or chafing my incisions (which are under my breasts). Definitely recommend.

Was due to have breast surgery and left buying my bra to the last minute. Surgeon had recommended Macom for the bras I would require. Went on website, used the sizing guide which was simple to follow, ordered 2 different style bras, the one the surgeon requested me to buy and another to alternate. Easy to use to service, order completed quickly, received bras within 4 days. Surgery completed. Bra comfortable and easy to wear. Bras ordered were the I-bra and signature.

Il reggiseno è molto bello esteticamente rispetto ai reggiseni post operatori classici. Devo dire però che nel mio caso, seno naturale che ha subito intervento conservativo per malattia, il materiale non è così traspirante per i capezzoli e li può irritare rispetto agli altri. Mia esperienza personale. Inoltre con il seno naturale le coppe non si adattano ma schiacciano e la parte restante fuori del seno sporge in fuori. Quindi un grande sì per colore ed estetica e compressione ma non mi sono trovata bene con il materiale un po’ irritante e il non avere una fascia sotto lo fa arrotolare in continuo.

Orders arrived quickly, the item are very good quality and very supportive. The fabric is far superior to the copies you can get on the Internet. If you have had surgery and need a support garment I highly recommend Macom. It's an investment in your recovery and her end results. Why would you compromise.

They rise up at the bottom so pull on your incisions and fold over. Makes it so sore. So expensive as you cant return after a few nights of wearing them. Wouldn't recommend

After printable ordering the ultimate bra following my surgeons instruction, I found it very uncomfortable as it kept rolling up at the bottom. I reached out to Macom who were amazing and sent me the comfort bra to try instead and wow it’s so much more comfy and doesn’t roll up! Can’t fault the customer service. Really happy with the comfort bra would recommend!

I had a fault with my post surgery bra,straps was to big on the shoulders,I gave them a call and they sent me a new better bra with adjustable straps so thank you macom,I shall be ordering another bra again

Excellent company. Great customer service advice on the phone and very quick delivery. Very good quality compression garments.

This was the second minimiser vest that I’ve bought recently but it has irritated my skin a little and the fastenings keep popping open on their own. So I only wear it whilst the other is in the wash.
The first vest is brilliant, very comfortable and is doing the job.

Purchased 2 items which sadly didn't fit me correctly. On emailing Macom they were most friendly and helpful and did their best to resolve the situation, 10 out of 10 for helpfulness.

After reaching to support issue was resolved.

Great service from the customer services, it arrived really quickly. My bra fits like a glove, it's so comfortable that I'm getting more.

I ordered a compression suit on here and there was an issue with my order.

The company instantly sorted my issue and sent me a new item, The customer service team is nothing but exceptional and i cannot rate the quality of the product high enough i received merena garments from my hospital and i hated them macom is ten times better for comfort and style! will 100% be purchasing another bra and sleeping garments once i’m out of compression
