Not as good as the first vest.
This was the second minimiser vest that I’ve bought recently but it has irritated my skin a little and the fastenings keep popping open on their own. So I only wear it whilst the other is in the wash.
The first vest is brilliant, very comfortable and is doing the job.

Purchased 2 items which sadly didn't fit me correctly. On emailing Macom they were most friendly and helpful and did their best to resolve the situation, 10 out of 10 for helpfulness.

I ordered a compression suit on here and there was an issue with my order.
The company instantly sorted my issue and sent me a new item, The customer service team is nothing but exceptional and i cannot rate the quality of the product high enough i received merena garments from my hospital and i hated them macom is ten times better for comfort and style! will 100% be purchasing another bra and sleeping garments once i’m out of compression

Uncomfortable item
One of the items ordered was extremely uncomfortable, especially when wearing all the time. would recommend opting for the more expensive 'comfort' range as it is a lot softer material when wearing daily and resting on scarring etc.

The material appears to be quite plastic like and is smells like cane straight from the factory.
I couldn’t have returned it either because it arrived with not a perfect label which I had to take the blame for

Our products are made from medical-grade compression fabrics, which can have a slightly different texture and scent compared with regular clothing, particularly when new. This usually fades after a short period of wear or washing.
We are also sorry to hear about the issue with the label. As these are classified as intimate medical garments, we are unable to accept returns once labels are removed, but we do understand how frustrating that can feel.

The service was good but l was not told about duty and ended up paying almost 40.00 more for bras l will never ware after lm healed.. l don't think that is fare , people need to know this is going to happen

Lace detail is wrecked day one!!…
My lymphatic drainage massage therapist knew I needed a second stage compression garment, at 9 weeks post surgery. She said Macom is a top quality garment, a luxury piece that will last. I ordered the above the knee nude colour long body. I wore it first time, moved the seam straight on my leg, and my finger went straight through the lace at the end! I emailed Macom who said that it’s my fault & it doesn’t affect the compression quality, shame on you! Poor customer service, why would I want to wear something that looks like a pair of laddered tights… not my style I’m afraid. Won’t buy again from Macom.

Super comfy
Super comfy, my bra off my surgeon was sitting right on my incision area making it extra uncomfortable. My friends told me about these as they also used to them following breast surgery, they are so much more comfortable.
