Ho ordinato diversi capi sportivi per mio figlio, che gioca a calcio in una squadra della provincia di Firenze.
Ho richiesto ,e pagato la personalizzazione su 7 articoli. Nonostante abbia pagato in anticipo "altrimenti la merce nn arriva" gli articoli sono arrivati nn personalizzati.
Soluzione?
Boh. ?
Servizio clienti inesistente, dopo 100 chiamate mi hanno chiesto di inviare una mail con il numero dell'ordine, e le foto degli articoli. Risultato ZERO!!!
Purtroppo la nostra società calcistica si affida a questa mandria di incompetenti. Ed io nn posso che aspettare.

I have ordered sports uniforms from Macron 4 times now since this is what my child’s team uses. The ordering process is extremely difficult with sizing. 3 out of 4 orders came in the wrong size.

When I placed an order for a kit over $300. It came in an adult size instead of children’s. The customer service was awful and they refused to refund or replace the items.

Disgusting and appalling customer care which reflect all other reviews.

Incurred charges of £120 for just a few t shirts!!!

Do not use and stay away!!!

Ho ordinato due magliette all'inizio di giugno e dopo 20 giorni, nonostante ripetute richieste di informazioni sullo stato del mio ordine, non ho ricevuto nessun riscontro, pertanto ho comunicato la mia intenzione di annullare l'ordine. Come per magia lo stesso giorno mi arriva una mail in cui mi si comunica che il mio ordine era stato spedito...che coincidenza! Mi sembra un comportamento poco professionale! Al ricevimento del pacco lo rifiuto e chiedo il rimborso che mi arriva dopo più di 20 giorni e comunque senza le spese di trasporto. Una grande delusione e mi dispiace ancor di più che questa azienda sia lo sponsor della squadra di calcio del cuore di tutta la mia famiglia!

Negative star if i could the usa representative name was oscar and was super confrontational when i was trying to to get a tracking number for my sons uniform ,after he told me it takes 3 weeks to get the uniform ,it had been almost two weeks and the uniform still hadn’t been shipped super unprofessional man and he was the manager

Realizo un pedido. Espero pacientemente más días de los indicados hasta que finalmente contacto por correo. Me indican que todo va bien y que el pedido será prontamente entregado. Espero otros días más hasta que vuelvo a contactar ante la falta total de actualizaciones. Es ahí cuando me dicen que se cancela el pedido porque había productos que no estaban en stock. Pongo la segunda estrella porque al menos el reembolso ha sido rápido.

If the customer service was as high in standards as high of the pricing this place would be awesome

Wahnsinn! 3 Wochen nach Versendung keine Spur vom Paket. Nie wieder! Übrigens habe ich das Paket bis heute, 4. September, nicht erhalten. Also definitiv Betrug.

As a manufacturer their shirts are awful, sticky labels instead of printing, colours run on washing
Okay to display, cannot wear or it’s just disposable

Horrible order something for Mother’s Day in early April Mother’s Day passed and it still ain’t delivered will never buy anything from here again

Faccio seguito alla mia recensione di ieri, per comunicare che l'azienda non ha ancora preso provvedimenti per quanto riguarda la spedizione del mio ordine effettuato il 25/04. Il sito promette la consegna in 1 / 2 gg lavorativi, ne sono passati già 5 e siamo ancora fermi. Io tra 3 giorni parto per un viaggio. Ho anche pagato le spese di spedizione. Il Customer Care dice soltanto che il team di competenza ci sta lavorando, inizialmente mi hanno chiesto 48 ore per un riscontro, oggi questo termine scade, e non sanno miminamente confermarmi se il riscontro arriva entro oggi. Tutto questo è assurdo. Non hanno un responsabile con chi parlare, solo il customer care di primo livello, che purtroppo ripete sempre le stesse cose senza poter fornire altre soluzioni. Servizio PESSIMO.

Had been trying to get a quote for shirts since August 2024. An order of over 50 shirts with sizes and numbers were submitted.
Macron manager at Cardiff uni email to request if the sizes are correct and took this confirmation as a go-ahead for the order despite not having provided a price per unit.
The subsequent price provided was almost double that of other companies.
Macron also added their company logo to the shirts despite the club having an exclusive shirt sponsor deal with another company potentially costing the club £2500 in shirt sponsorship.
On arrival a large number of the shirts at the wrong printing/numbers and where the wrong size. Not a company to use even as a last resort.

Ordered a kit for my son in January. It's now been nearly 7 weeks and still no show. SEVEN weeks without a kit. Appalling service

Ho acquistato 3 pantaloni tecnici in acrilico, mi ero raccomandato che fossero di buona qualità e mi avevano garantito che non si formassero pallini a contatto con giacche e maglioni. Dopo appena 15 giorni sono INGUARDABILI pessima qualità 1000 volte meglio Decatlon. Per quanto mi riguarda ho CHIUSO con
MACRON.
Posso dimostrarlo con foto in merito il giorno è approssimativo il mese giusto

I ordered a pair of pants about a week ago and only today they told me that they are no longer available. They do not even guarantee me the same price or an apology discount. I am very disappointed. I will not buy from this seller again. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSERIOUS!

Terrible company that our club are forced to work with as they are partnered with our university. We put in an order for 50 or so custom shirts with names and numbers on them. Were given a price per shirt of around £30 (which is higher than most of their competitors) but when we confirmed the shirt sizes the increase the price to £50 per shirt and started production before we could agree on this price. So now we have to get our student club members, who have little money as it is, to pay extortionate amounts of money for subpar quality kits.

On top of this their customers service js abysmal taking anywhere between 2 weeks to 2 months to get a reply.

If you have the option to use literally any other company then please do.

J'ai commandé un maillot de rugby. Le colis est arrivé plié et déchiré, sans le maillot !! Après réclamation et photos à l'appuie ils n'ont plus répondu.

Put an order in for 3 shirts in August. Only received 2. Have tried to phone...constantly unanswered, wrote to custimer 'care' twice who insisted i contact Neath office, done that too, still no response. Appalling service. Have told my football club to end business with them. I guess it's only £45 to them, but the present if a shirt has never been sent to my nephew.

Pessimi! È da due settimane che ho ordinato due magliette e non arrivano. Il customer service telefonico lascia in attesa 5 minuti e poi chiude la chiamata. Non risponde mai nessuno! Alle mail dicono di attendere info dal corriere, ma non danno riscontro. Non so come avere le magliette o almeno i soldi indietro! State lontani da questi!!!
