Whatever you do, do not order from this company.

Had to return items. They tell you to pay for return which goes all the way to Italy. I paid £18.80 for international tracked and signed for.

When it finally arrived to them they refused the order saying that fees were outstanding. Item is to be returned to sender.

Contacted them and they said taxes outstanding and to contact sending operator. When I queried them and gave proof of sending and said there was no guidance on these fees or how to pay them they just gave me the link that I used when previously preparing to send - address that I need to print and I have to pay for own sending (which I did).

Contact with them has been awful. No compassion or willingness to help, more just like I have to deal with it.

My order was £100 and paid £18.80 for a good service to get it sent to them and now it will be sent back to me and so I have to pay £18.80 all ovr again and now go find out how to pay the taxes on it when arriving in Italy when Macron won't give me any information on it and the post office does not have information on it?

Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. I do not recommend using these and their customer care is a disgrace.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from Macron. I purchased a Scotland Rugby Jersey as a birthday gift, and the return process has turned into a nightmare. Macron requires buyers to handle returns themselves, which is frustrating enough. However, when I attempted to return the item, no one was present to receive the package at 11:20 AM on a weekday. This lack of support is unacceptable for a company of your stature.

I ordered a medium size football shirt as a Christmas present from this store online and received an XXL top in a Medium bag. I immediately tried to ring the company within the so called opening times to receive a "we are closed" automated message. I then used the online support form to raise the issue and sent a photo of the T Shirt I received, including the XXL, tag with the bag which had M on the package. I provided all of the order details so they could see exactly what the issue is. I then received a reply the next day to ask for more photos and "they were as my service". Unsure as to what more evidence they wanted as I had already sent EVERYTHING i had over, i called the contact number and thankfully this time got through. The customer service rep was very rude and gave absolutely no support. They advised "fine, i will send it onto the next department but it is better if you give as many photos as possible but fine". After i explained there aren't more photo's i could possibly send they huffed. I asked what the next steps were and timeframes and for told "probably 48 hours or something". When I said i would really like a response that day they said "yes well obviously you will get one today". II then recieved an email a matter of minutes later to say they "are in my favour" and i will get a refund so the so called advice and guidance from the customer services was pointless.

I ordered a rugby kit for my son, website in £, paid in £. Received notification from DHL there was additional duty to be paid. On an order of £170 an extra £56!!!!!!!
I called Macron, said I should have read terms and conditions and it is on the website... goodbye! I am absolutely livid with a global brand behaving like this and the attitude of the lady on the phone, says she has had exactly this call before....
Be transparent Macron, I have many years of rugby ahead of me and will be taking my business elsewhere....
What a rip off!

Macron Store Cardiff - complete and utter shambles. No communication, delivery 5 weeks overdue, arrogant, terrible attitude with customers. Would chose Joma and vx3 8 days a week over these charalatans.

I placed an order from the Cardiff online store. The turn around time was over 30 working days, but they do make this clear on their website. Within a few weeks of receiving my order, I spotted a quality issue. I took photos and emailed the store to ask for a resolution, they offered a full refund if I returned the order. I was after a replacement, as they are the only store I can buy my club’s garments from, but they said they needed it back to check. They emailed me back when they receive it denying there was any quality issues and they wouldn’t supply a replacement, only a refund, which they provided. Their tone was abrasive. I was also left confused at their response, as I originally sent photos of the garment. I would be happy to give them another chance as I want to support my football club, but would like to see a change in attitude. It would mean a lot adding a name to their email communications, as it upholds accountability. My football club, who have a contract with Macron, heavily rely on revenue from merchandise so I think they need to have a better understanding of this.

If I could give zero I would not worth 1 star. All reviews are spot on, terrible company ordered goods 12th October no updates, no correspondence at all, they ignore emails. Our Football club has many in the same position. Why do people use this hopeless company. No point ordering for Christmas as goods won't arrive in time and this company couldn't care less. Over £7 delivery as well complete joke of a company.

Ich habe die Ware in Juni bestellt und auch bezahlt aber nie erhalten. Und das Geld wollen die auch nicht zurückverweisen.

Ordered a complete kit package early September. Was advised of delays but reassured i would get updates. After not being able to contact them i later realised they had refunded my order later, but not actually contacted me. In this time, they did manage to email me marketing information for buying extra kit.
Service so bad most team mates did not receive their orders till 8 weeks after order placement. Reading other reviews i feel lucky to have at least had a refund.
Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered kit for my son from Macron West Midlands on 15 September. Some of it was delivered three weeks later. The rest is still outstanding. The company do not answer the phone or reply to emails. I have tried to contact them so many times.

I have no idea if the rest of the kit that I paid for will ever be delivered or how I speak to someone that may help or even who to ask for a refund. Feels like a rip off.

Honestly, I have no idea how this company gets contracts with schools, colleges and sports teams. Do not use.

Don’t waste your money. You won’t receive the items you ordered, customer service will not apologise and you’ll still be expected to pay the eye watering delivery charge. Take your business elsewhere.

Now nearing the end of October and still waiting since July, that’s 82 days for one kit!! Dealing with the Macron Kettering Store is a joke! as all the other Reviews on here state, they never answer the phone or even have the courtesy to reply to any messages left on voicemail (4 x calls). Emails are just as bad, when they occasionally reply (1 in 3 emails) there is no solution to my enquiries, with “we are looking into your order and will get back to you” stated, they never reply again until I chase them…..Update….. finally after 91 days I have received a refund with no reason given as to why they couldn’t deliver my order? despite the fact that when looking on the Macron Website at the Items in question they are classified as ‘In Stock’…. I never normally complain but this is beyond belief.
Update May 2026..2 years later it appears Macron are questioning my Review as False! .. think that says it all about this Company

I have been waiting over 8 weeks for my son’s referee shirt and shorts from Macron, and I still have no idea when, or if, they’ll ever be delivered.

The customer service is beyond awful - responses take an age, and when they do eventually reply, there’s nothing new or helpful. It’s always the same excuses: technical issues, system failures, or vague delays with no resolution in sight.

To make matters worse, they never answer their phones, so it’s impossible to speak to anyone directly.

This lack of communication is beyond frustrating. If they weren’t the approved supplier for my son’s kit, I would never dream of using them.

Their service is an absolute joke, and I genuinely don’t know how they’re still in business. Avoid if you can!

Acquistato un kit allenamento per mio figlio (quelli obbligatori indicati dalla società calcistica)
Rapporto qualità prezzo appena sufficiente.
Incredibile su una spesa di 180 euro dover pagare la spedizione (credo unico sito in europa ormai)
Per di più, chiedo di cambiare un articolo ordinato e NON personalizzato e mi rispondono che non cambiano merce (ma è legale questa cosa? Non mi risulta)

Ultima cosa: mettere S adulto che veste 1,70 e S calze che calzano un 35/38 è semplicemente demenziale, ed espone ad un sacco di errori.... sarebbe da indicare più chiaramente (nella nostra squadra parecchie persone si sono sbagliate). Rimedierò comprandoli da un altro marchio tecnico ovviamente.

Morale: se non obbligato, Macron non mi vedrà mai più

Die Rücksendekosten muss man selbst tragen, wenn die Ware zu groß oder zu klein ist dann hat man Pech gehabt und bleibt auf den Kostwn sitzen.

Wir sind im Jahr 2024 und so wird mit Kunden umgegangen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit!

If I could give zero I would not worth 1 star. All reviews are spot on, they are really really abysmal. Order has been 6 weeks now and still nothing but a response off the company. Even paid for next day delivery which was £7. Absolute joke shouldn’t be allowed to keep running a business. I don’t normally write a review but this has really annoyed me.

Nn so se è più vergognoso che le società si affidano ancora a questa azienda,o questa azienda stessa.vegognosi.un ordine di materiale sportivo x mia figlia, fatto il 21 agosto,doveva essere spedito entro l 11 settembre, è arrivato oggi(01/10)dopo più d mese....dopo diverse mail e diverse telefonate,dove dall altra parte del telefono, ripetevano sempre che la colpa era del magazzino,che nn potevano fare di più,che solecitavano... E dalle recensioni lette mi sembra sia il loro modo di lavorare....pessimi.una stella nn la meritano, è troppo x loro....

They really deserve ZERO stars. Place order, take your money and sit back and wait to see if it gets delivered! It took 8 weeks with no response to emails, phone line just cuts off and web contact says contact the ‘shop’ you ordered from. Abysmal service. This would be a great business for some entrepreneur to pick up.

They shouldn’t be in business.
