Eigentlich bin ich zufrieden mit der Ware. Ich habe schon mehrmals bei macron bestellt und mag die Qualität wie auch das Design.
Dieses Mal habe ich jedoch ein Trainings Pullover in XXL bestellt, jedoch Größe XL erhalten. Diese ist zu klein. Obwohl der Fehler bei Macron liegt, muss ich nun die Kosten der Rücksendung zahlen.
Ärgerlich und nicht charmant gelöst.
Kundenbindung funktioniert anders.

Esperienza PESSIMA la persona al telefono tale Hajrie, di una scortesia cosmica, inacapace di trovare un ordine. Comunque poi spedito a 50km di distanza, dopo 2 mesi arrivano 2 magliette al posto di un kit completo, tra l'altro taglia competamente sbagliata rispetto a quella ordinata. Ormai campionato largamente iniziato e 400€ già spese per il nulla. Customer service largamente da rivedere.

My little son's team has changed its sports brand to Macron. I do not question the quality of the clothes, but I want to talk about order management and delivery times. The order was generated on August 19 and we are still waiting for the shipment of the products to be formalized. Customer service is unfortunate, since they have no idea about the warehouse information. And the warehouse is releasing formalized orders dated after mine, meaning they do not have shipping management and stock allocation.

I give one star because there is not an option for a 0. Ordered some items 2 months ago, never delivered. The lady in the call center is completely useless. After 5 calls and several emails still do not know where the order is, according to them I rejected it. Terrible experience and terrible waste of time and money. NEVER BUY HERE

Schlechter Service. Stores sind geschlossen, es gibt keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit und auf e-Mails wird nicht reagiert.

Une semaine après avoir commandé sur leur site j'attends toujours le mail de confirmation d'expédition du colis. Aucune nouvelle à ce jour et SAV injoignable. C'est honteux de fonctionner de la sorte pour une entreprise en 2024. J'espère que vous paierez les frais ce grand manque de sérieux. Je déconseille ce site à tout ceux qui souhaitent commander un maillot ou autre via leur plateforme. A fuir !!

Awful to deal with. Waited over a month for a t shirt, still hasn't arrived. Offered to pick it up myself , they're not interested. I have had same problems before with this company but had to use them as kit supplier to the club I wanted.

I must write again,becouse i have got order which i didn t pay.i cant believe that happens .first i wait a month,then i got. wrong.it is not some false company,i still cant believe.so if i can,i will not stop to write here

Pessimi. Servizio clienti inesistente, e le risposte mancano di "cortesia" (ad esempio mi hanno scritto "ma non sappiamo dove lei abbia ricevuto questa informazione." ma le mie domande nascevano da email ricevute dall'azienda!!). Non acquisterò mai più prodotti Macron a livello personale. Sono stato costretto perché è il materiale della squadra di mio figlio.

Aggiungo che ho fatto l'ordine il 19 agosto e ad oggi (10 settembre) non ho ricevuto nulla indicandomi che ci vogliono 21 giorni lavorativi per i prodotti acquistati in modalità Cloud Shop, quindi vuol dire di ricevere il materiale il 16 settembre (quasi 1 mese di calendario).

Pessima esperienza. Ordinata maglia di squadra calcio seria A che doveva essere un regalo. Dopo tre giorni l’ordine doveva ancora partire quindi chiedo l’annullamento dell’ordine ma mi viene negato. Ricevo la maglia a una settimana di distanza (ormai tardi). Nel frattempo mi informo via mail con il servizio clienti sulla possibilità di fare il reso ma mi viene detto che tutte le maglie con gli sponsor sono considerate personalizzate e non restituibili. Chiedo più volte chiarimenti ma vengo sempre liquidato con risposte via mail preconfezionate senza spiegazioni. Dopo una settimana di continui scambi mail coloriti in cui ho continuato a lamentarmi, minacciare un reclamo ufficiale e chiedere spiegazioni su perché definire personalizzato un prodotto che non lo è, vengo contattato telefonicamente dal loro servizio clienti che si scusa e senza darmi spiegazioni mi dice che posso fare il reso del prodotto. Ridicoli. Servizio clienti imbarazzante. Non acquisterò mai più loro prodotti.

Zéro étoiles mais je ne peux pas mettre d'avis sinon. Ce site vole les gens, 3 mois pour une commande, 2 erreurs d'envois de leur part, Service clients Zéro ! Ils ne remboursent pas, en cadeau, 30% sur la prochaine commande! Ils n'envoient même pas la bonne au premier coup! Un scandale!!! Aucun retour !! Aucune écoute ! Aucun moyen d'être dédommagé.... du vol

Ordered the exact same size PE kit that my son had last year. A youth size medium. Even checked the size chart! The same size is more like a men’s XL! The tshirt is like a dress on my son! No way of contacting this company. Phone line doesn’t work and no one responds to your emails! PayPal refund process states refund of £60odd when I paid close to £90 for the kit! Due to the additional fees/postage not being refundable! And then if I return I’ll likely be out of pocket another £30+ as the return is international! By the looks of the below feedback, I’ll also be lucky to even receive my refund! Either way I look at it only be hugely out of pocket! I can’t even re-order another size as I have no idea what size to order. It’s as though they just send anything out!!!

Pessimi! Ordinato una sciarpa e, dopo 20 giorni dall'ordine, e diverse telefonate con date di spedizione inventate, li contatto e mi dicono che l'articolo non è disponibile...chiedo il rimborso... speriamo bene

Ordinate magliette e abbigliamento due mesi fa e non è arrivato nulla.
Molti problemi appena accenni a un rimborso.
Nessun contatto e nessuna assistenza reale al cliente. Sconsiglio a tutti l’acquisto on line.

Don’t order anything from this company. I bought a T-Shirt about 1.5month ago. It never came, wrote them 3emails asking about my order, never got a reply.. then few weeks ago checked these reviews here and realised that if I get lucky, maybe it will come some day.. absolutely terrible. Can’t even understand how UEFA referees are wearing their brand.. shame on you Macron

Hate Macron with a passion typical Italian tiny sizes. If you are going to make rugby shirts you ain't making for skinnies. I hope Scottish rugby stop using them soon but probably not

I ordered a football kit from the site, and a few minutes after ordering, I realized I made a typo when writing in my phone number, so I wrote them an e-mail if it can be changed. Without replying, they just simply made a refund. I ordered it again along with some socks so I don't have to pay shipping fees (100$+ order). I already made the the order, and 3-5 days after, I received an e-mail that I was refunded again for the kit, as it's not available anymore. The socks weren't refunded, and I had to pay that, without an option to refund that too. Macron is a joke of a company, and I highly recommend buying football kits from anywhere but their site. I'd even give a thought about buying a football kit from a shady off-brand company from China if the only alternative is Macron next time I want to buy a kit.

Absolutely shocking, ordered 2 pair of training pants came within 2 weeks?, ridiculously small were more like tights.

Returned using there returns procedure 2 weeks later got email advising marked as refunded but no refund payment.

21st century company with 18th century customer service.

No way of contacting them, a bit backward coming forward.

Use at your peril.
