The iPad that I payed for was the iPad Air 1 (with finger scanner Id) but the one that I received wasn’t the same

The service condition and delivery was great.
The one issue I had was in the current climate of COVID-19. I would have liked the iPad to be cleaned and disinfected. It was dirty when I got it so might have had germs on it!

I ordered a refurbished iPad with a company called ‘Quick Mobile Fix’ and waited and waited. With the current ‘lockdown measures I was expected a bit of a wait but they just kept delaying every week so after 3 and half weeks I cancelled and reordered with this company ‘MacTwo’. I wish I had ordered with to begin with my I received my order within 3 days! So thrilled as this iPad is way of communicating with my mum during this lockdown so she can see her grandchildren and I. I really can’t thank MacTwo enough. The iPad itself was in immaculate condition, it was packaged incredibly well and even arrived with a case and charging lead!
Highly recommend this company and will certainly order with them again in the future.

This is a review of a 2017 4K 21.5 inch iMac with Core i7 3.6GHz/16GB/512 SSD.

I was very impressed by the quick delivery considering current circumstances. The iMac arrived three days after placing my order, neatly packed in its original box; the only telltale sign that this iMac was a refurb was the packing tape used to securely seal it (which peeled off easily).

The iMac came preloaded with Catalina and so far everything I’ve opened, including simultaneous Logic Pro X, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator sessions, has run quicker than on any other Apple product I’ve ever owned. I am only a couple of weeks into using the iMac but I’m extremely pleased with it so far. The six month warranty is an added comfort and at half the cost of the same spec iMac from Apple, I thoroughly recommend considering MacTwo before buying your next Apple product.

Great communication even during lockdown!! The model I ordered was the last one and had a problem when they run the test before sending out to me, thanks for doing this as it was bought for my son’s online lesson would been a nightmare. They contacted us swiftly and offered a different model, answered my questions promptly, it arrived very quickly just in time for the home schooling! Used for a week now so far so good!

Delivery was quick and product was good. I expected acknowledgement of order and expected delivery date but did not get either, possibly due to paying by PayPal? Would use again, though, due to value

Item as described and fast delivery

I purchased a Magic keyboard 2 and Mouse set, cheapest I could find on the net for new items. Placed the order on the Sunday arrived Wednesday morning, really well packed, Genuine Apple and brand new. Both the item purchased and the service was excellent from MacTwo and I will definitely be shopping with them again.
