I ordered in July (2025) and it still has not been delivered, I have had no updates and no email to say that I can have a refund, I’ve sent multiple emails to ask where my parcel is or if I can get a refund and I’ve had nothing. Never again

I ordered a silver jewellery set, necklace, earrings for £80. The first time putting the necklace on, it broke, totally flimsy, poor quality, not worth more than £5. Disgusting rubbish. Don't use this service. Earings cheap with plastic screw. Probably break, like a child's jewellery.

Madison fero are the lowest people on planet earth all they want is your money for cheap tin absolute disgusting company the item never ever turn up so you miss there return policy this is the game they play with you when they eventually turn up the shock hits you why all that money for poor quality tin I am still in shock there is absolutely no way of getting your money back I tried visa I even went to citizen advisor I lost all my money & ruined my wife’s Xmas gift so please in any way what so ever do not buy from Madison fero

Product arrived but not fit for purpose. Tried to return on the day it arrived but the company refused to provide a return address. I am still trying to return but they have ceased all communication.
SCAM company! Do not order anything!

Product received sub standard. Wished I referred to trustpilot before ordering. Pearl is inferior quality to that shown in website photos. After reading these reviews I do not think its even worth me returning as the policy says return within 14 days of purchase and I only.received it on day 11. Its got to go back to Dubai I assume. Not sure as no packing slip or info on where to send it. No response to email I've sent them.

I must respectfully disagree with your position.

I contacted you within the stated return period to request a return for an unwanted item that is unused and in its original condition. At no point was I advised at checkout that returns were limited only to damaged or incorrect items, nor is this restriction clearly disclosed in a way that would override standard consumer return rights.

Refusing a return solely because an item is “in perfect condition” is not a reasonable basis to deny a return request made within the applicable timeframe.

I am therefore requesting, once again, that you:

Confirm approval of my return for Order #2913, and
Provide the return address and instructions.

If I do not receive confirmation within 5 business days, I will have no option but to escalate the matter through my payment provider by initiating a formal dispute, submitting all correspondence as evidence that I attempted to resolve this directly with you.

I would prefer to resolve this amicably and without escalation.

Awful. Paid £50 for something clearly dropshipped from China. Seemed to be a nice brand, the jewellery looked lovely so I paid for the express delivery and was excited to receive it. Absolutely disgusting that you order a piece of jewellery and get something completely different. The customer service is unhelpful and they do not want to help. My nan is now out of pocket and I am left with a piece of jewellery which I would have got better from temu.

This company is not even worth one star. My husband ordered me a necklace for Xmas and paid for express delivery on 15th dec. No item has been delivered and ignoring emails. Will be reporting and taking this further

I wouldn’t even give them a star if I could terrible quilty cheap looking necklaces the jewels don’t even face the right way very thin metal too and they don’t refund they just try offer store credit wouldn’t use this site bought for a christmas present didn’t even want to give the gf it good job I got her other presents.

Do not buy off this god awful site! Cheap trash looking jewellery, nothing like the photos on the site! If only I seen the reviews first😡 paid 60 quid for a necklace I wouldn’t even pay 2 pound for. You could win better jewellery in the arcades

DISGUSTING COMPANY! My box arrived empty! They offered a replacement but I didn't want it as A. I now don't trust them and B. It wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. Asked for a refund and shock and horror.... No reply ever since. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM;

Address is for a shared location in Dubai.

We tried to return some earrings by following the instructions on the website. We paid £16 to track return them, as suggested. The company ignored the delivery and the message left by Royal Mail.we ended up receiving the earrings back, without a refund.

Ordered a bracelet and received another bracelet different from what I ordered.waiting on them to answer my email but yet to be answered.please anyone thinking of ordering from them don’t you don’t get what you order and cheaper item

I spent £100 on a necklace, when it arrived it was a completely different from website, cheap and it was all twisted, emailed them 3 times and messaged them on their website with no response. Don’t buy from total scam

Necklace snapped after 1 week of wearing. Charm also completely lost colour. Tried complaining and asked for replacement as this was for a gift but no response from the company. Avoid!

Don’t buy from this scam company. Purchased a necklace for more than £50 that looked lovely on the website. When it did eventually get here, it was a completely different necklace that is just cheap tat. I have emailed the company but I won’t hold my breath, particularly after reading other reviews now. Avoid at all costs!
