Awesome products and 100 percent top of the line customer service. Only place I’ll buy tattoo care products from without a doubt!!

Two Problems:
1) I wrote an honest review about the numbing cream stating that it does not help. After typing it I was curious to see if they would post it. It was very suspicious there were over 300 positive reviews and not one under 4 stars. For numbing cream on a tattoo? That’s not possible. At least for a decent size one. I went back to look a few days later and I was right. They are not posting honest reviews.
2) The site states it will take returns within 30 days of purchase. I have been in contact with them for a return and they offer 30% and I pay for shipping. Basically they don’t want to take your return and will do what they can so they don’t have to. I expect this from an international site when the shipping cost is so high it isn’t worth it to send back and process on their end. But not from an American company!

I gave it two stars because the balm product does work well. As for the other products (lotion, repair gel, spf) don’t bother.

Love all the Mad Rabbit products! The Repair helps my tats heal super quick, the Tattoo Aid keeps them looking awesome, and I always apply the Defend SPF 30 when headed out into the sun.

I used the numbing cream and I love it I didn't feel anything I just wish it lasted a little longer but overall I really like it I will definitely be ordering more products

I have used numbing ceam before but this will be the last I ever need. It is so amazing and works wonders. The texture is amazing and worked on a rib tattoo. I felt nothing.

Amazing product! I have no issues with the pain associated with getting tattooed but with larger pieces I would break the sessions up to make it more tolerable. With the numbing cream I was able to do all line work, shading and color in one sitting. This will come in so handy when guest artists come to town or I travel to one.

Follow the directions and you’re golden!

I used the numbing cream for the first time on the back of my neck. It worked fantastic and honestly I don’t think I’ll be getting another tattoo without using it. Such a smooth finish and I’m allergic to everything under the sun….no allergic reaction like other products have given me.

Absolutely love these products. They smell amazing and make my skin so soft and my ink really pops. Their customer service is great! Sarah is very attentive and friendly. If you’re looking for really good quality tattoo skincare I highly recommend checking them out.

Recently receiving a tattoo, I was looking for the best products to protect my “art” investment. I ran across Mad Rabbit products, did some research and read reviews. I decided to give them a try and really enjoy their products. Their staff is quite friendly and quick to respond to your inquiries. I highly recommend them and their products for your new or older tattoo needs.

These products are amazing! I use the Soothing Gel after I get a new tattoo to help the healing process. The Tattoo Balm helps revitalize an old tattoo and keeps them all in wonderful condition. Last but not lease the Sunscreen is wonderful, it takes very little to cover and does not allow the sun to fade out my ink.

This is worth the money. I experienced an allergic reaction to my go-to tattoo healing lotion this time and gave it a shot out of desperation. My tattoo is healed and I noticed when I apply it to my older tattoos, they look even better. 10/10

I’ve used this for 2 new tattoos and it’s the greatest! Customer service is also good. Highly recommend the soothing gel for a new tattoo.
