Their product is great. More importantly, the company is great. Mad Rabbit is a very conscious company. They have temporary opt outs for emails during certain holidays, knowing that some of those days aren’t joyous for everyone. I placed an order with them and the same day their customer service team sent me an email outside of the order confirmation email, giving me a point of contact in case I had questions, comments or concerns. She was super responsive to emails as well. All around, great company.

I never have any issues with delivery or orders. All the products are awesome, I give them as gifts too. And my tattoos look and smell great!

There was issues with my shipment, never arrived to my current location. After 6-7 emails back and forth, the same response was given, never addressing or answering my original questions. The email repossess felt like reboots responded. I was looking for a some resolution with hopes of trying their product. Poor service and experience for a new customer. Be ware!!!!!!!!!

Customer service here is awesome and the products are awesome. I have used the enhancers and the sunscreen and the post tattoo healing products and all have been phenomenal. I consistently get compliments on how nice my tattoo looks when I have used the vanilla enhancer. I love it and a little goes a long way! Love Mad Rabbit!!

Excellent products. I used the tattoo balm and the Replenish lotion. Both products brighten colors. The balm is excellent for new and existing tattoos and is non-greasy which is a big plus. The lotion goes on easy and a little goes a long way.

Mad Rabbit is an incredible company that produces amazing products and has great customer service. I’ve used their products for over two years. I use it on old tattoos and brand new ones. They are the best for caring for both. I recommend trying them you won’t be disappointed

The numbing cream does not work. I tried twice on two different tattoos on 2 different places.

Im always on the lookout for lotions as I have very sensitive skin and rash out to just about anything… I kept seeing Mad Rabbit ads on my insta and decided to give it a try. Best thing I could have done, I’m always getting asked if my tattoos are fresh ink when they are yearsss old, my skin has never looked or felt better! I even got my mother using it, who has severe rash/burns on her hands from having to use gloves in the medical field all the time. She says it has literally saved her hands!

The best products for tattoo enhancement, and healing and beyond. Highly recommend it all. Love the soaps which are super great. The tattoo soothing gel is amazing and definitely healed my newest ink faster and soothed the itching down completely when it healed. The enhancement stick and balm is just as amazing with popping your ink to brightness like you just got it done. Not to mention their spf they have for the tattoos. PLUS MERCH. Also their numbing creme works! Their daily lotion saves me tons too to keep my ink hydrated. The tattoo combos on product are simply great. I got the tattoo lovers one and it even came with a travel bag for the products to go inside which btw is to die for especially when travelling as everything is in one place!! I can’t recommend this brand enough.

I was skeptical, but my sister bought the lotion. So as the big more tattooed sister I wasn't having hers look better (although hers is 3 yrs old, mine are over 30) I bought the bodywash, lotion,balm and sunblock. After 3 weeks of use I have notice even my older tattoos look so much better.
Glad I decided to listen to my sister.
