Madspeed7 Reviews

Excellent customer service and great communication. New wheels arrived quickly and matched the description perfectly.

I ordered a set of 700 wheels, rotars and a cassette to swap over on my gravel bike. The cassette arrived fitted to the rear wheel, rotars dead easy to fit. The wheels arrived well packaged, great wheels at a great price. Really happy with my purchase and the customer agent who dealt with my enquiry sourced exactly what I needed to for my bike without any alterations. Happy customer, good price, really good light weight wheels.

Great, arrived quickly, great product

Some damage to the box (can't blame MadSpeed for that) but the wheels arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

Wheels were true and spin up really well. They look great on my wife's bike.

Really good value wheels. Only issue is the decals are easy to damage when you fit tyres, so be careful!

Decent budget wheels (650B bought for a hybrid).
Delivered quickly at a decent price.

Great Service.
The attendant promptly replied to my inquiry email and helped me select the right size for my bicycle. The delivery was also on time. Couldn't ask for more as a first-time bicycle owner.
Thank you.

Great support from the team and fast delivery.
Good quality wheels for a resonable price.

Speedy service and answered my questions quickly even though it was a bank holiday.

Solid wheels. Decent prices. Fast delivery. Can't ask for more!

Fab wheel, and great value- bike shop that fitted it was even impressed- told me I did well!

The wheels arrived in good time and they seem to be of good quality. They worked as expected on their first run out.

Very impressed with the quality of the wheels I ordered, perfect for my daily commuting and price point couldn’t be matched. Delivery was very quick and hassle free

This is the second wheel I've purchased from Madspeed7 and couldn't be happier. I would recommend anyone looking for a bike wheel, to look no further than Madspeed7.

High quality product and great customer service that was helpful, clear, and concise.

Customer service was fast and knowledgeable, I needed wheels tires rota's and 9speed cassette but didn't have a clue what would fit my bike frame, after a few messages I was directed to the correct items I would need, Thankyou for all the help, and speedy response!

Great wheels... But they are just reboxed / rebranded AliExpress wheels..

Not ridden much on this wheelset yet but looking forward to. Really smooth hubs, fantastic weight for the price, and came well-packaged and true.
Would've preferred non-machined walls but that's nit-picking on a great purchase.
Highly recommend!

Excellent help from Madspeed7 in choosing the rear wheel that would fit my frame. Good price, delivered quickly, well packed. Good quality rim with a good sized braking surface, wheel rides well.

The advice on putting together a full rear and front wheel assembly was superb. Supplying the wheels fully assembled ready to go is great customer service I have struggled to find this elsewhere coupled with the price. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Great service and product. Good quality at a reasonable price.
