Excellent customer service, I could not make the configuration I wanted but one message and it was sorted. Ordered and delivered was really fast. Wheels are properly packed and quality seems to be good. Had a few good rides kn them already.

Great quality wheels at a reasonable price, excellent customer service. This will be my third set of wheels purchased from Madspeed7. They offer value and service which is hard to beat! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great product for the price. The new bearings are a big improvement and it seems a sturdy wheel. Recommend!

Light, fast & good looking with great service

Got some really good advice about compatible replacement wheels and delivered quickly. Early days, but quality seems very good. Happy.

These are my third set of wheels from Madspeed and have been pleased with the quality and performance each time. Three bikes with new wheel sets. Customer service is excellent with very quick delivery.

Top service from madspeed 7.
They sent me a link to show the wheels suited to my bike.
They were very helpful.
Top quality wheels and freewheel.
Also came when very good quality rim tape.
Came in a big box, the 2 wheels and in pristine condition.
I was able to track the wheels to my door.
Highly recommend this company for wheels.

Very fast and helpful response to questions. Identified part and posted out in rapid time.

Ordered a rear wheel & set, 2 tubes and 2 tyres, very quick delivery and they even put 1 tyre and tube on the wheel. Fantastic customer service. Definitely will use them again.

I needed a replacement 29 rear wheel for my Boardman 8.9 and apart from knowing it had a thru axle, I was completely clueless. I tried a few big retailers and they either didn't have anything or wanted £250.
I came across Madspeed whilst googling. Never heard of them so read a few reviews and decided to contact them using their contact form.
Within a few minutes, I had an email asking if the link they had enclosed was my exact model. I confirmed it was and with a couple more emails, explaining they were talking to a simpleton, I had the wheel I needed ordered.
This was late on Monday and by Wednesday afternoon, I was back on my bike riding to work.
The service was seamless, the advice spot on (including a little note about the disc rotor fitting in the box) and the price more than half what others wanted.
Excellent work team. Thank you ever so much!
