Madwire is a company that's full of liars. The services provided to me were awful and definitely not worth the price that I paid. I didn't get the level of quality that I paid for, and the customer service representatives kept insisting that I was just unreasonable. But many others can attest just how horrible and disappointing this company is.

I regret signing up with this company because my experience with their software and services was extremely disappointing. I was told the agreement was month to month, only to be told later that I was locked into something different, which felt completely misleading. The marketing tools delivered no noticeable results for my business, and any support I asked for felt slow and unhelpful. For the price they charge, I expected at least some improvement or guidance, but I walked away feeling like I wasted both time and money. Based on what I went through, I would strongly recommend that small business owners be very careful before committing to anything with them.

Madwire has been integral to the success of our business. We've partnered with them for over 3 years and it's made all the difference. Madwire's specialized campaign, and guidance has provided us with extremely reliable website and phone traffic. We know that if we ever want to increase revenue all we have to do is dial up our marketing. Due to the longevity of our campaign, our cost per lead is some of the most economical we've experienced. We couldn't recommend them more!

Kinsey has been great to work with! She took our company from not running ads at all and a website that was not converting anyone to a booming business! Her team has been very professional and gets their projects done on time; it's very well put together! Good experience with account manager Thomas, ever since Thomas took over our account we have had a good comprehensive experience. He has made sure to clarify the whole process and expenses. He is always willing to prioritize the client's needs and give an honest answer. Although we are in an industry that is not easy to market ourselves in, we are happy with his performance handling our account thus far. This business is terrible and most everything is used on canvas with stock templates. If you spends 10k a month on ads only 50% of it GOES TO ADS! They take half of it. Terrible company with even worse results and they hide there fees as best they can. If you care about your business or care about your money. GO ELSEWHERE. Do not trust these guys. They make a quick buck and cycle you out quickly while smacking you with fees
