violates google terms of service for ad managers by refusing to give their clients' access to ad accounts

Would give them a 0 if possible they are con artists. Their salesman sell you on false promises then they never deliver. They use AI and Canva to generate material which looks like it was done by a preschooler. Nothing is what you are looking for and they keep taking your money. RUN! This is a SCAM.

Do not use Madwire! I used them a few years ago for google ad management and the performance was fair. I should have done my due diligence before hiring them again.
I hired them to do SEO work in Sept 22. I was very specific about what they should and should not do. They completely destroyed my business in 1 month. Our sales were down 60% the month after they took over. They completely rebuilt the our website with out approval... all they were supposed to do was a theme change. They destroyed all our URLs and did not re-index them properly. We had to start over from scratch.
The issues are too long to list... completely incompetent!
They hide behind their contract and never compensated us for the lost sales and damage they created.
We looked at hiring an attorney to file a claim against them but there contract is filed with language to protect themselves. They are a turn and burn outfit.

I wish i could give them a zero. They dont deserve the one star im giving. I worked with Madwire/marketing 360 from May-Aug 2022 and it was the downfall of my business. The staff is totally incompetent. I spent $6k and for a small startup that is alot of money. The overpromised on everything and undelivered. They were suppose to run Meta ads for me and optimize however monthly ad spend of $1500 for 4 months and i didnt receive a penny in ROAS.
I was continually told what my services dont cover, waiting for incompetent success mansgers to respond to emails, project work sits in a queue for weeks and comes back sub par. I can go on and on. Its a pure disaster working with them. They talk a good one but are just inexperienced in delivering performance marketing. I hope this helps someone. Do not trust them or invest your money with this company.

This company is a Scam!! They charged me over $5K in two month and they never delivered what was promised !

Stay far far away. They don't deliver on what was originally sold to you by their sales team. Horrible customer satisfaction service. Spent $11k on them and made $1,400 in profits.

BEWARE-GROSS INCOMPETENCE
Madwire managed to take a thriving business and healthy ad budget and went about the task of systematically, on all platforms, tearing it down to almost no internet presence or sales, all while charging a healthy fee to do so. DO NOT USE. Edited 4/3/23 to add, just did a website refresh, and found hidden pages and many other things that causes Google to throttle down. Over a year later and still uncovering ways this company made me loose business and cost me a fortune, I am still undoing the damage done.

I thought I was the only one who had bad experience with Madwire. Coming to here seen all this negative review just made a lot sense. The on boarding call made me feel so confident, I must give them props for the sales marketing skills of getting customer . Website was promised to delivered within 15 days after first payment, that has delayed of course. Nothing happened after 3 months in, I reached out to cancel. All I got was you signed the contract blah, blah blah, and I need to pay another $ 2300 set up fee to cancel. long story short, spend your $ else where to company that can delivery, don't know why there's company like this to ruin other hard working small business . Never again would I trust another marketing company without dig deep on all the reviews before doing business.

It looks like enuogh of us have been scammed. I've created the email suemadwire*gmail.com for us to unite. Send me a message about your experience and how to contact you and I will add you to the lawsuit.
They are fraudulent and have stolen our money, we can't let them get away with this. Their practices are deceptive and we can prove it.

first they let me open a payment account.then they closed the account with a made-up justification.
They also unfairly confiscated the pending payments of my customers

They sold me on a full service marketing service and did not deliver anything. I have to take them to arbitration.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. They conned me for $3600 and I would be suing them for that money.

They promised to advertise my product and kept charging me $1200 a month for 3 months and they are all con artists.

Donate your money before giving it to these con artists

This company is horrible. They give you an initial consultation with happy, happy voices. But whenever it’s time to deliver, they plagiarize. Terrible company. Don’t waste your time. Listen to the reviews.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Terrible company!!!! They will assign an account rep that will straight up LIE to you, they will take your money and you will get nothing!!!! $9000 wasted. What a waste of time!!! and aggravation!!!!! It all starts with a promise with a perfect landing page.....which you may not even need. Just Terrible. Zero Accountability, and they simply do not care about SMALL BUSINESS!!! DONT DO IT MOVE ON!!!

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with Madwire/ Marketing360. The way they work is that everything is proprietary to them so once you sign up with them, you'll never be able to get away from them and continue using what you paid them to build. They built a website for us and were supposed to be running ads on google and FB. There was zero transparency - we couldn't see any data how the ads were doing and since we got zero leads from them, we knew they weren't doing well. As soon as we got away from them, we had to rebuild our own website and start running our own ads (which saved the thousands of dollars we wasted on their service) and our business finally turned around. We severed our relationship with them as soon as the contract ended (2 years ago) and just received another charge which they are refusing to refund. We found them to be pretty dishonest, disorganized and they didn't deliver a quality service. We wish we had never found them in the first place. Save your money or go with someone else.

We attempted to use this company only to find out how unprofessional and inexperienced they are. There marketing is misleading and salespeople are aggressive. We asked them for help with logos and other marketing items. It was astonishingly amateur and thats being polite. They speak to you well but no substance or action behind the curtain. At the end of the first month we cancelled the service, they wanted to hold us to the 90 day cancel period and we said absolutely not as we saw it as a Clear Breach of Contract. We called Amex and had one month reversed, so they got a month out of us for doing absolutely nothing . They ignored us and decide to file with Amex who again charged us back as they provided the original contract. We have since sent notice to credit back one month or we will arbitrate and then sue if need be.

Worst experience ever with a company that makes itself look so professional and up to date with the latest techniques and trends. The sales reps are SUPER pushy, that's your first clue that this company is a disaster. I was promised that they would take marketing off my plate so I could take care of other aspects of my business. NOT EVEN! I was assured a 2-3X ROAS. That made sure I bought in at the highest level, who wouldn't want to at least double their ad spend, right? I ended up with $644CPP! Can you imagine? I did better making ads, at least I was almost at breakeven! They just threw my money away and they could not understand why I was upset, they "TRIED" hard! They are absolute kindergartners when it comes to web design, ad design, writing good copy. RUN AWAY. Don't be duped like I was. I shut them down from taking any more money from my account after the second month and they begged me for another chance and I fell for it and paid them the minimum amount for the next two months and they did no better. They are so unprofessional. YOU would do better making your own ads and doing your own marketing. Hiring these bozos means you get to burn up a lot of money and have the frustration and aggravation of dealing with a bunch of incompetent people who will wonder why you're upset when they are trying so hard to waste your hard earned money. They truly do not seen ti understand that burning your money up and not having anything to show for it is a problem. They just scratch their heads and think that continuing the same plan of attack is going to create a different outcome. Totally CLUELESS. And the ads they created, my cat could make better ads, they were horrendous. Google has carousel ads, they do not know how to use that, or video or maybe it takes too much of their time away from surfing the web to fool with it? This company is an absolute disaster and they'll burn through your money like there is no tomorrow. And if they design a website for you, you'll wonder how they can even stay in business when you see how pathetic their webdesign is.
