Madwire has been amazing to work with from start to finish. We are a primarily B2B operation that had never used marketing before. They helped us rebuild our website from the ground up and revamp our SEO. Google PMax has been a revelation for our business and we are already turning profit 2.5 years in. Would recommend them to anyone at any budget point.

Working with Madwire has been great from day one. They have always been very communicative and transparent with their marketing efforts they've provided us. Broadening to cover the numerous different paths of marketing that are necessary these days is much more manageable with their help. We've recommended them to a couple other companies and they've since signed up as well and are happy with Madwire's services.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but after my experience with this company, I feel it’s important to share my story to help others avoid the same frustrations. I spend over $15,000 with this company.

I partnered with Madwire with the expectation that their services would improve my business's online presence through organic traffic and paid campaigns. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing.

Organic Traffic:
The organic traffic efforts promised by Madwire were underwhelming at best. Despite their claims, I saw little to no significant increase in website traffic. In fact, it was evident that the organic strategies implemented were ineffective, and no measurable results were achieved. When I raised these concerns, I was told that "results take time," but after months of effort, there was still no tangible improvement.

Paid Campaigns:
The paid campaigns were a complete failure. My Google Ads budget was poorly managed, and the content created for the campaigns was not aligned with my business goals. Additionally, other brands were promoted on my site instead of focusing on my business. I feel like my money was wasted, as the campaigns didn’t generate the expected returns.

Email Marketing:
Another area that was neglected was email marketing. I was promised support with these campaigns, but nothing materialized. There was no effort to nurture or engage my customer base through email, leaving a major part of my marketing strategy completely ignored.

Customer Service:
Throughout the entire process, communication was lacking. Whenever I had concerns or questions, responses were slow, and I often felt like my account wasn’t a priority. This lack of attention to detail and customer care only added to my frustration.

After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was offered a small refund, but I still feel that I didn’t receive the value I was promised. This entire experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I will be sharing my story across multiple platforms, including social media and industry networks, so others can be aware of the issues I faced.

In conclusion, I would not recommend [Company Name] based on my experience. If you're considering working with them, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable and professional digital marketing partner.

As a small business owner I needed help scaling my business online. At first everything looked and sounded great. As time went on things seemed watered down. There was a lot of terminology used that sounded good such as SEO content, ROI, etc. As we continued, I kept giving it a chance thinking time would tell. I have spend thousands of dollars for very little Return on Investment. At the end, I asked them for help on Shopify. They were no help. When I told the manager I didn't need to spend $100 for one Facebook post, he laughed and asked me if I knew how to do it myself. Rude. I have never written an online review, but my bad experience is noteworthy to get the word out to protect others.

Travis Buchanan has been very professional and attentive. He has always been on top of things and promptly responded whenever needed. He and his team have put together well-thought-out marketing plans and strategies, and the content writing for our new products and services was superbly executed. DISAPPOINTMENT, REGRET & SORROW
I came to MW with a real need for my Real Estate business. I was assured all would be done and completed as promised. Long Story made short. I quit today and still have $2000 in my 'ad account'. After spending $7,750 and NO leads I pulled the plug. They kept the $2000. I walk with NOTHING of value - except a very disappointing experience.

I am giving a one because it won’t allow me to give a zero. Gave these folks $6000 to help me market my real estate company and all I got is Bs! Run from this company.

Get this, I ended up with a free website they made. I paid the first month for @3k, they started putting the Ad campaign together and built a site based on my old one. Then, wanted me to switch servers. Wouldn't allow them. Woman I was working with went on vacation and the tech was an idiot. She gets back, still trying to get me to switch servers, nope. I got the site live on my friend's awesome private server. Then, get this, I got funded for a huge government grant that I wrote and thought I had no chance. So, tons them I am dropping my company project for the moment, ignored them and that's it. Did I scam a scammer?

I wish I had read the reviews before signing up with Madwire/Marketing 360. They promised effective marketing services but delivered nothing but headaches and financial loss. After spending a substantial amount of money, all we got were vague reports and no access to actual ad data. They control everything, so we can't verify any of their numbers or results.

Their business model operates like a pyramid scheme. Employees are overwhelmed with clients, leading to poor service and high turnover rates. It's impossible for them to provide quality work when each employee manages 60-200 clients! This structure is designed to maximize their profits at the expense of clients' success.

If you're a victim like me, please join our Facebook group "Victims of Madwire/Marketing 360 - Seeking Justice." We are organizing a class action lawsuit to hold them accountable for their fraudulent practices. Let's unite to ensure no one else falls for their scam. Together, we can fight back and get our money back!

If you've been affected, no matter when it happened, writing a complaint on the BBB （Better Business Bureau）and FTC (Federal Trade Commission Report Fraud)is the first step.

Before we began we documented everything
After the exciting initial introduction, they were suppose to come with a plan to Ignite our business. Twenty days, and nothing, waste of 2000 dollars. The company CEO won't answer, he is too important to take your email, but not busy to get your money.

Here are some of the issues we encountered but there is more. After we asked why they were not doing any work promised.
1. Lost emails, they said they lost it probably in Junk mail. The irony is that they are pushing their marketing 360 tool which should have shown, them. In other words, the tool 360 is supposed to be flawless, how did the loose emails? This is the same system they are pushing us to use.
2. They will not take responsibility, after they confirmed that emails were lost, they claim no invites were sent.
I showed that the invites were sent, and they stick to their agenda, they were not invited.
this is around two weeks with no work being accomplished, and they blame junk mail again.
3. Meeting two- this is supposed to be the focal, the drive that moves my company. Instead, I am told they have no idea how to move my company forward because it's unique. In other words we are still on the first meeting, no real plan, no direction and it is now obvious that they have no clue.
They are giving a second chance, we invite them to our platform, Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday, Monday Tuesday nothing no works.

We asked for a work analysis showing the hours invested by our company which is entitled, please ask them for your work analysis of the time and dates.
They lied about downloading our app. We needed them to do this so they understood what we were building. They told me they downloaded and said it did not show anything. We have a database that would have showed them downloading it, and as a user but once again a deliberate lie. This would of cost us 5000, because that means we would had a coding issue. They have no remorse, it's deliberately to shut me up, just quick answers. We had another employee download out app and we showed her information on our database.
It is not a professional team. In the end we are scammed
1. CEO afraid to open a dialogue to set my company in the right direction.
2. Employees lying
3. No work done
4. Breach Contract

Now we gave the CEO enough time to acknowledge so we can correct this before the date of renew money. But he failed, we are not default at this moment, we want them to acknowledge the issues. Not ignore us. So we want everyone to join us.

Update: after writing the review, the company did return my money, with no apology. So, I give credit for this.

It all true according to my experience! All of the reviews that I have read lead me to believe that they are all legit. My experience is very similar to all the rest of the these. I hired them in February of 2023 and thats when it all starting rolling down hill. First of all it took 3 months for them to even get my website made and up and running. They were also supposed to design my new logo (which they did eventually) but took longer to do than getting my website up.

They did nothing to improve my Google page and organic standing but they did take my money and ran paid ads with mediocre results. I ended up with 2 different marketing managers and 2 different website content managers which I never heard from. The content I asked to be placed on the website was not done so. To be honest it is hard to say if anyone is in charge at this place. I asked several times to speak with management/supervision and all I ever received was an email back from my "marketing manager" telling me that they are on track and that they have been doing everything that they are required to do and this was sent in a very defensive tone.

All in all I spent about $10,000 with them and I am not any better off than when I started with them. As a matter of speaking, I am worse off. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Marketing360/Madwire for any marketing purposes.

On a side note, this company does not have any Google page and you actually have to look to see reviews, this is so they can try and control what people say.

Madwire and Marketing 360- A nightmare SEO company- Professional Scammers

My Success manager was the biggest straight-faced liar in the world.

Despite various emails, they refused to restore our Facebook administrative access to us. We have to create a new account and start from scratch. Facebook did not help us because they are the administrative manager.

Be very careful when dealing with this company.

Dear reader, deciding to work with Marketing 360 / MADWIRE was the worst and poorest investment of money I have made. Worse than the waste of money is the waste of time. I can get more money, but I’ll never recover the time I spent frivolously over 14 months trying to work with the people at Marketing 360 / MADWIRE.

I partnered with Marketing 360 / MADWIRE from February 2022 – March 2023. Giving credit where credit is due, they did an excellent job creating my website. It looked good, and I was happy with it. However, in fairness to Marketing 360 / MADWIRE, I was not the most accessible customer. It sometimes took me longer than appropriate to respond and make decisions on the first iteration of the website. However, when we finally published the website – I was pleased. That is the only thing they did right.

To have an account manager on the account, Marketing 360 / MADWIRE requires you to have a minimum monthly content budget of $300.00. This content budget can be used for one of their professional “writers” to create blog content and other standard copy for the webpage. They do not tell you that a 10-sentence blog post will cost you $300.00. They do not tell you that their professional “writers” do not write at a standard above what you would expect from a 6th-grade student. There is zero transparency in pricing. I had no input over when those content dollars will be spent or how they would be spent.

When I addressed this with my account manager, he blamed me for not responding. He said they were writing according to what they thought was appropriate and that I should trust the process. Again I was not always timely in responding. However, I should have editorial privilege over my website and brand and be able to review and approve all copy written for me. I logged on to the website editor and deleted the “content” that their “professional” writers created. Since I did take a long to reply, I decided not to complain and accept that my delay was the cause for that, and we moved on. I told the account manager that I did not want, under any circumstances, any other content to be written for me. There are AI writers that produce much higher quality content than what their “professional writers” are creating. I followed up on that request with an email, and he acknowledged that request.

Fast forward two months, and again, I am reviewing my account details and see $900.00 in content charges. I looked at the blog, and much to my amazement, there were two more blog posts. They were written with the same grade school quality. There were 20 sentences written for $900.00. They were charging me $45.00 per sentence. Again, I logged on and deleted that garbage myself. I asked for my money to be credited back, and after a month of waiting, I was met with an offer to create one video that could be used on my website. This was the beginning of the end for me. Now I am watching every single charge they are making to my account. So far, I am $1,200.00 in the hole.

In the meantime, giving my account manager the benefit of the doubt, I begin adding money to an advertising budget for Facebook and Google Ads. Marketing 360 / MADWIRE charged me $200.00 to write four sentences on two ads.

After the final meeting with the account manager, I terminated my contract with Marketing 360 / MADWIRE. I was not paying a single dollar more to them to watch it vanish into thin air for content that is nothing more than overpriced garbage and to manage a Google dashboard that a trained monkey can learn to click around on. Upon terminating my account, they kept the $1000 left in the advertising budget for ads they never ran; they kept the $600.00 left in my content budget and shut down my website. As I was reading other reviews on here, I was laughing to myself reading their lackadaisical responses to other negative reviews and the invitation to check out reviews from their other customers who love them. Interestingly, Top Rated Local is directly integrated into the Marketing 360 / MADWIRE platform. Who owns them? Just a thought.

Suppose anyone wants to contact me for more information, proof of my dealings with Marketing 360 / MADWIRE, or records of my conversations with every person on their team. I have it all in that case and would welcome the discussion, perhaps even a class-action lawsuit. Anytime I have an opportunity to tell my story about how Marketing 360 / MADWIRE over-promised, under-achieved, hides their fees, overcharges for substandard work, and will delete your website, ad copy, and everything that you paid for while you were with them - I will sing like a bird.

To that end, dear reader, and fellow small business owner, here is my advice - run for your life. Save your time and money. Look elsewhere. Marketing 360 / MADWIRE is not who and what they say they are.
