absolutely disgusting, a complete and utter scam, item looks nothing like advertised photograph - ordered a KNITTED jumper with embellishments - received badly printed sweatshirt, inferior quality for £44.95 including shipping. Bank asked me to email them to collect item, no response after 15 days bank reimbursed, company now disputing the claim (March! apparently they have 45 days to dispute), bank asked me to send email again, the emails are now undeliverable, the website is down! speaks volumes. Its about time something was done about these Chinese scammers

Ordered a Christmas jumper, took ages to arrive only by 23rd December despite repeated messages saying it was on its way etc. Didn't fit well, emailed to request refund, absolutely no reply. Do not do business with this company.

Bought a top which was not as it seemed, tacky and cheap. Wanted to check another item and it was automatically bought - no choice and so size option. They said that I couldn't cancel the second item or change the size, but I could return it. When I got the items and realised how horrible the original top was, I asked to return them both, for which I would need to pay the postage to China. Then they went on about how there was a risk that the parcel would takea long time to return, or even be lost. They kept offering discounts, and I eventually said yes as I'd only lose a small amount of money, and I just got tired of their harassment. That was on 22nd December. A month later, I had no communication in reply to my emails, and no refund (which was promised immediately and would show in my account 3-5 days later). Now I have 2 tops I can't wear, one of which I wouldn't even give away.

I ordered two lovely looking jumpers that were well priced. Sadly, delivery time was lengthy and I was surprised to find that they were posted from China. However, on delivery I wasn’t disappointed with the products. Unfortunately, one item wasn’t a good fit and I chose to return it. As the delivery did not include return instructions I have asked for information from the company to enable this. As you might imagine they are not replying. I attempted to trace back the email address that acknowledged my order and again notified me of impending delivery. However, the email address format was not correct. I recommend that this company be avoided.

My husband bought me a jumper from here for Xmas. Awful colour, shape and style. We now can find no way to return it as the website asks you to log in- we don’t have any log in details.
As others have said it’s a scam. Avoid at all costs.

An absolute con. I stupidly ordered 6 cat Christmas jumpers for family and friends in early December. Website says delivered from London by Royal Mail so I thought it would be fine. Not delivered until after Christmas by Yodel with postal label stuck over original label from China. It was a load of old tat. I ordered all the same size but sizes varied considerably when they arrived, the quality was abysmal and was nothing like the photo. Writing off the cost as ‘idiot tax’ and reporting it to Rip Off Britain’.
Come on Facebook - get a grip on these con merchants selling on your platform. No hope of a refund from them so you should compensate people who buy from your platform in good faith.

Scam !!!!do not order from this seller be very careful i paid 100 pounds and got two crappy printed sweaters nothing like in the pictures .I think we should all start a petition to bring this company down as they claimed to be in london. I didnt even see any trust pilot reviews for this company before buying amd I think the link was hidden .the website now doesnt even work to view your orders !

I ordered 2 Christmas jumpers on the 8th Dec. I emailed the company on 24th as I'd had a delivery update, saying they were being shipped from China and expected in 5 days, so I asked them to cancel my order. They replied saying parcel deliveries were delayed at this time of year. The items were deliverd on the 29th / 30th and the quality is appalling, nothing like the photos on the website - which I now can't access. SCAM!

Both jumpers arrived. Cheap Chinese jumpers. I know because they have a small label saying made in China. Poor quality, nothing like the photos and worth £8 if that. Shocking

SCAM. This company says it is a shop in London run by 2 sisters. I ordered a so called woollen blend fairisle style jumper at half price £34.00. Took longer to arrive due to, I discovered, it coming from China. I also saw the same jumper on Temu for £12.00. I emailed the company to say I no longer wanted the jumper as I had discovered it was on Temu and not from their shop in London. They emailed back to say it was in transit and would have to.wait til the item arrived. On arrival it looked nothing like the jumper advertised and was made of polyester with no labels on it apart from one in Chinese. There so called website has disappeared and they have not replied to my email asking for a refund.

The item received was nothing like the item advertised or the photos. It's taken 3wks to arrive despite the emailing 10 times, saying item despatched followed by item now being packed, item will be sent in the next few days... I have emailed this business to let them know how bitterly disappointed I am with the product. I tell you, the item received was worth no more than £10 but cost over 3 times as much.

No stars if it was possible. This company with similar websites under varying names is not trustworthy.
An inferior product taking a long time for delivery as it has come from China and not the UK. Emails are now not answered when I have requested return and refund details. Beware.

Avoid this company at all costs.
They should be struck off all sales etc etc. Ordered a so called Xmas jumper early December. It arrived and the quality was very poor. Asked for full refund only got 40% otherwise it would have cost so much more to return to China. Lost £20 plus. Never again.

A total rubbish garment with the sales photo deliberately doctored to make it look like glitter in the fabric when it was only white flecks in the material. Ordered medium size. Garment was far to big and poor quality material and workmanship.
Requested money back but only 20% of original purchase price (£6.80) offered. Return postage which turned out to be to China minimum tracked cost £20. I have requested the refund on principal. Time will tell if I receive it or not!
I wish I had read Trust Pilot before buying.
Facebook should have a responsibility not to advertise these dodgy retail outlets.

Faulty garments, was offered only 20% discount. They are based in China which means their website is not quite what they claim to be.
I have requested for full refund and they have now vanished!! Never thought I would be scammed given I work in ecommerce industry myself!

Ordered a Christmas jumper on 8th Dec and it arrived on 29th Dec. Very poor quality and nothing like the picture in their advertisement. A complete waste of money. The company says they were established in London in 2010 and shipping is by Royal Mail which leads you to believe they are UK based. A total scam as they are in China. I tried to reply to their email to complain and my email bounced. No way to contact them. Avoid.

The so-called knitted cotton jumper looked nothing like the picture on Facebook. It was quite expensive but was thin and flimsy and did not feel like cotton. There were no fabric or care labels, so I have no idea what it was actually made of. The large size was far too small but there was no paperwork in the package, so there is no option to return. I will definitely not order anything advertised on Facebook again.

Ordered two jumpers. What arrived bore no resemblance to what was advertised. Cheap and garish colours, not the soft knitwear and nice colours shown in the company’s photos. Total waste of money
