THE SHIPPMENT OF MY ORDER WAS ALMOST 2 MONTHS, AND THE PRODUCT ARRIVED YESTERDAY, DAMAGED

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION – MAE & WILLOW CHARLESTON. All six pairs of flat were crushed and disfigured.

It has been months w/o compensation and the ability to return to the China vendor.

Ordered from the Perry Sisters cavendish and never received item… when I clicked it brought me to Mae and Willow Charleston which I now read is a scam ..I also wanted to add after a few different emails I sent them they all bounced back… please do not order anything from The Perry Sisters… total scam

This company was nicey nicey helping me to return my purchase. However, once they received it, I never heard from them again. Even though they were supposed to give me a full refund. So, not only was I out the cost of the purchase but also the $32.00 ship back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Total scam we received shoes that were not even close to the correct size. We tried to contact them and never got any response.

RUN FAR RUN FAST!!

Major scam. The company is located in China and the product that they ship is substandard. Good luck trying to return it. You will spend almost as much on that is the original cost of the order. The website is deceptive as it does not state that the company is located in China. If you use a credit card that charges international currency fees it will cost you more. Do not buy from this company

Scam company. Great website and Support responds when ordering, no response when trying to RETURN the items that are super cheap quality and all wrong sizes. Nothing fit and crap. Wasted $615. Opening a dispute with my credit card company.

Similar experience as ALL other customers. Scam company …I returned the junk they sent and complied with their requirements ….emails unanswered
No refund ever arrived

I was so excited for these shoes to come. They looked so good and amazing quality from what was advertised. When I finally got my package, I had to check the box again because the quality of these shoes are worse than the dollar store. These were made in China and the Chinese won't even wear themselves. I sent an email to return this disappointing package and never got a response. I've sent multiple and nothing. They are quick to take your money and will not respond to wanting to return their product. There is no phone number and just an email to contact them. Stay away from this company. I'm out $185.

Very poor quality. False claims about products. No customer service. They say they have a 30 day return policy but do not respond to emails asking how to return a product for a refund

Item ordered was way too small. Only way to contact company for return was via email. No phone number for customer service. They stopped answering my emails so unable to return.

I wish I read the reviews before I placed the order. I ordered a short coat with wide collar and received a long straight coat not good quality. I didn't know it was coming from China and took a long time to receive the order. Not happy at all - wasted money. I will not order from mae & willow again.

I have had the exact same experience as all other reviewers. Terrible quality, not as pictures, not ‘Charleston’ based at all, no phone number to reach anyone with questions about their crazy, difficult return process, and no response to email requests for returns. It is bogus and a scam, just as everyone else has reported. I’m out several hundred dollars on crap products.

Cheap fabric. Not as advertised on website (SHOP website) buttonholes too small for buttons. Not as advertised response on return inquires $30 shipping to return to China! Website said easy returns

Same as everyone else. Poor quality and no ability to return them. They don't fit. Horrible company. Emailed 4 times. No response. No phone number. They suck.

Avoid this company! They have a nice website but the pictures and descriptions don't match the products that are sent and free returns is a blatant lie. Read their return policy and then just know that they don't do returns, at all, ever. The emails after purchase are misleadingly nice. But that's where it ends. Was able to give the boots I received but were 2 sizes too small to a friend who wears a size 5. I ordered a 7. Never again.

The products I received were nothing like the ones advertised on their website!!! They referred to them as comfy sweaters, when in fact I received uncomforable skimpy sized SWEATSHIRTS. I only wish I knew where to turn to make this transaction right. This commpany is a scam and I'm afraid they will continue to make a fortune in America with their false advertising and dihonest business practices. I hope someone would start a class action suit!!!

Wish I would have found these reviews before I ordered a pair of shoes and top -- they are awful. I have sent several emails and of course no response. Do not order from this company it's fake

Terrible company selling cheap Chinese crap. The "leather" shoes are plastic. They advertise free returns but there is NO customer service whatsoever so good luck with that. They have a perpetual 10 yr anniversary sale that "ends tonight". The shipping takes weeks.

This is a scam chinese company. Mail back returns TO CHINA for $30+? Avoid this company!!!
