Maewillow Charleston Reviews

Horrible Company, I will never order from May and Willow Charleston again. The item sent did not look anything like the one I ordered from the picture and the quality was awful. The shirt looked old ugly and discolored. I tried to contact C/S by email and got a request back to send photos to justify my claim. I forwarded them right away, heard nothing back and there is no tel # to contact a live C/S person. I hope the company goes out of business asap.
I will try to get a refund through my credit card company. My advice - Don't order from them !!!!!!!

I wish I could give it zero stars. I have been completely scammed. I ordered a size 9 shoe, what I received is MAYBE a size 6. They look and feel as if they are made of particle board. I am so disappointed in myself. I never get taken by stories and hype. Please do not waste your money and give it to these people.

When you call their number, it is a pre-recorded message and then hangs up on you. Apparently, my money is gone.

I've read several reviews and and I'm SO mad. I LOVE these shoes! They are just like the pictures and a great looking shoe BUT this is where all the other reviews match: NO phone number, ZERO response after 3 attempts to reach customer service. I ordered size 9.5 and the shoes I got are a 7 AT BEST. Yes, shipping took a really long time, the shoes were in a little plastic bag, no sizing on the actual shoe or the packaging. Got a great pair of shoes to sell! $85 down the drain!

Total scam-false product pics-no customer service.
Pics are totally inaccurate for the products. Wrong shoe size sent-not even labeled. Not even close to correct size by 3 sizes. Cheap plastic material. Will not reply to customer service request. No phone number. Huge mistake. Do not buy anything-Shame on me for not checking out this company first. Pathetic and they should be shut down for good!!!!

A complete scam!! I made sure they had a refund policy in case I didn't like the shoes. I received the wrong size shoes, ccc'd them and asked for the correct size. I received a reply that offered a 10% refund if I just kept them. What?? I wrote back that the shoes are useless as they don't fit, and received another reply that offered a 20% refund if I kept the. I went back and forth two more times just trying to get the correct size, and they just kept offering a higher refund, capping at 40% refund. I then asked for a shipping label to send them back and they actually said "we don't recommend that as they could get lost in the mail". A COMPLETE SCAM!!! I donated the shoes and learned a lesson

I've emailed this company 3 times trying to return a purchase and have not gotten a response. There is no phone number provided. At this point, I'm not sure I'll ever hear from them, and won't be able to get a refund on the product that doesn't fit. I don't usually make this kind of mistake with online vendors. Shame on me!

Pure junk , too long , can’t wear, can’t seem to return !

I fell for this scam, thinking it was a US owned and operated company out of Charleston, SC. I didn’t do my due diligence as I usually do. I got taken in by pictures. No refund, no return. It is a Chinese company. Beware!

I personally wouldn’t even give them a one star review. Their stuff is crap! The shoes that they show online look beautiful! But then when they show up, they look like plastic junk! Not only that, the sizes are terrible. I bought a size 7, and they are like a size 10. Very stiff and uncomfortable. And butt ugly! Be careful! I just sent my package back. But they never gave me a place to send it so I’m just paying to send it back to the place that it came from. It wasn’t Charleston either. It was Jamaica New York?

Do not purchase from this company under any circumstances. It is definitely a scam from China. I purchased what was pictured to be a pair of suede shoes. Received shoes which were probably worth about $3.00 and paid #79.00. They are not suede but a fabric the likes of which I have never seen: a cheap cloth which is not even shoe material. Soles are very cheap rubber. I sent an e mail to company since there is no way listed to return and no street address in USA listed. I received email back...all "sweetness and light" acting like they a re so sorry that I wasn't satisfied. This is all a crock of s..there! I t hrew the shoes in the garbage and have learned my lesson not to order anything online again without verifying the company first. Tell everyone your know not to order from this company!

The pair of shoes I received are crap. The website no longer exists.

SCAM and they don't accept returns or reimburse you. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes 1 fitted. Inconsistency in size. It seems like they make it as you order, take your money and no returns accepted and they keep the money. AI answers your texts or emails and it is a never ending conversation to end up nowhere.
DO NOT BUY THERE, IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

Cheap material, poorly sewn. Absolute ripoff

The quality is nylon crap. This is 100% a Chinese company. Returns are not honored. They offer discounted partial returns to no more than thirty percent. There is no phone, no real customer service. All communication is through email bartering.
Do not purchase from this company.

What a scam. The story sucks you in. It’s supposed to be a company in Charleston when in fact it’s a Chinese company. Their Facebook post was developed in August of this year. They don’t have a real storefront and within weeks they changed their promotion from a supposed 10!year to a 12 year anniversary sale. The boots are cheap and not worth the money. Don’t buy from this fraudulent company.

This business is a total scam. I ordered 5 dresses & a pair of shoes. Immediately after I paid for the items, I messaged the company to cancel my order. I could see they were a scam. There is no way to speak to customer service. The items arrived against my wishes to stop the sale. Items extremely inferior & unwearable. Don’t bother with this fake site.

No telephone number listed anywhere for customer service. Does not respond to email communications on its website. Requires customer to return products that are mis-sized back to China at customer's expense. This is a total front for a Chinese warehouse.
Do not purchase from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT’S A COMPLETE SCAM. CHINESE COMPANY. DOES NOT EXIST IN CHARLESTON. THIS IS NOT A REAL STORE. THE CLOTHES DO NOT LOOK LIKE WHAT THEY LOOK ONLINE AND THEY WON’T LET YOU RETURN ANYTHING. IT’S ALL A BIG SCAM!

Returns are virtually impossible and must go back to China at the customers expense. Essentially you get no return credit and they have no presence in the U.S.

Total scam business.

This is a scam company. No real location in Charleston. Bought two blouses - big mistake. Arrived, made out of very cheap polyester fabric and no washing instructions in one of them. Now being told I have to pay 30.00 to return them to China.
I am calling my credit card company and hoping they will take care of it.
