It appears they direct ship all of their “stock” from other countries, which explains the high cost associated with the sale of substandard goods. There is no storefront in Charleston. I tried to return a pair of shoes that were the wrong size and kept getting unacceptable offers…the last was a GC for half the price of the purchase. So much for the “money back guarantee and hassle free return”.

They advertise the company in Charleston the Company is out of China. The shoes came in no Box and are so Cheaply made I couldn't believe the poor Quality. They advertise hassle free return, they make it impossible to return and you have to pay for the return to China.
Everything is a lie.

The shoes I ordered were advertised as orthopedic. They are not. They have zero arch support and the soles are not good. I had trouble getting them on as the elastic in the top is too tight. They offered a “store credit” and had the audacity to as for a $15 “donation” .I should have read the reviews before buying. I won’t make that mistake again

I agree with all the previous posts ... the website looks wonderful and the discounts even better. I ordTered multiple items and I kept getting a runaround as to when they would arrive ... when they did the quality was Miserable. They also went back and forth with me about returning and finally they sent me an address in China ... I questioned that but they insisted they were from Charleston. I didn't even try to mail back the items because I could only imagine the cost of postage. Lesson learned...check website before ordering.

This is a misleading site that is from China with very poor quality. They do not send what you ordered and then make it almost impossible to return it. Stay away from this site!!

Doesn't deserve even a 1 star rating. Aren't in Charleston so I was scammed into believing what I ordered would be of good quality. I am sure it came from China because shipping took 3 weeks. Arrived in plastic bags. Horrible quality. DO NOT ORDER

Purchased a blouse from this company, Arrived in a common zipup bag. Item was some kind of strange looking dress perhaps. I emailed them that I wished to return. They are in China when we thought we were dealing with Charleston. They offered if I sent them $20.00 more they would send other item. I said no. They made other offers as written by others that were all scam. You are not going to receive you money back that you sent or may be nothing. It is a scam outfit!!

This company is horrible. The product is okay but it is way to large and it says easy 30 day refund. Baloney it needs to be sent back to China for $30.00. That is absolutely criminal. I am sending product to Charleston and going to try to get a refund from visa. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not order from this company. Shoes are of horrible quality. They do not look at all like the pictures you see. Sizing is also off.

I had the same experience as others who have reviewed this company. I actually received the merchandise - poorly made shoes that I tried to return. After several “options” of up to 20% refund, they provided the return information. Shipping would be on my nickel and shipping to China is very expensive. They then have the right to accept the package and refund the amount of the purchase or not. I’m guessing I’d be out the cost of the shoes and my shipping cost! I reported them to my credit card company and don’t know how it will be handled. Good and costly lesson to research these companies that advertise on FB to make certain they are legit.

They say this company is in Charleston, but merchandise is coming from China. More than 2 weeks since ordered and posted on my acct but not received and getting the runaround when I contact them.

Misleading advertising presented as company in Charleston. Company out of China.website says 30 day return fails to mention you must pay shipping to China. Offer 20% off to keep the product poor quality now that i have contacted my credit card they now offer if drop my dispute they also falsified reviews in my name not even spelling my name correctly

Site looks legit, touts ‘hassle free returns, however I bought a coat they advertised valued at over $300 on sale for $69.95. Picture looked lovely. Once it arrived, weeks later bundled up in an envelope from China I couldn’t believe what I received. It was poorly made, seams hanging out, huge, unwearable. I contacted them and they are quick to respond via email. I went back and forth for 3 days as they offered a 10 % discount to keep the item, when I refused they offered 20 %, then on 3rd request for a full refund they offered 30% or I could arrange to pay to have it sent back to China and sent me terms that say this several clicks deep into their ts and cs that you’d be hard pressed to find. I don’t believe this is a real family owned company. It’s not in Charleston, It is a total scam with poor quality cheap clothing and deceptive in the promotion of their clothing and policies. Hassle free returns is a lie, products are poor, and I am hopeful no one else falls for their scam.
