Zero customer service. Delivery 10 days late and counting...
Ordered and paid extra for express delivery, stated as 1-2 business days.
Tens of unanswered phone calls and an ignored email to chase - 12 days later I still have not received my order.
Edit, arrived after 14 days. Tracking also claimed it was delivered yesterday, which it was not.
Will be returning as some are damaged.

Unfortunately it didn't fit on my stairs properly so i had to return. Customer service been very responsive and helpful and refunded the money back

No response - no answer to phone calls
called multiple times and no one ever picks up the phone, emailed multiple times and tried sending from different email addresses to see if i get a response and nothing. i want to purchase items but have no faith in the customer service.
if you don't respond to your customers or even answer the phone, why would you have an online shop????
Update: I cannot get through to someone to speak about a product, no response to calls or email, i am not going to make a purchase unless I get a response, this is why i dont have order number. Its not difficult to understand.

Feedback to company - confirmation email of order would be useful. I haven’t opened package yet but an email of invoice would be great too. Hopefully there’s one in the package to provide to HMRC for my business.
Take or leave my feedback. I personally wouldn’t use you again for the lack of communication and ability to get in touch with someone to inquire about things such as documents, order conformations and delivery
