Originally my aluminium nosing arrived with damage, which I now realise was made during transit having looked at the packaging. Mafson after a little delay did act on my complaint and immediately resent the item very quickly. I am very very happy with how they dealt with my complaint. I am very happy with colour and quality of champagne nosing

Great product, great service and speedy delivery

The product i ordered has confusing information on the website- in one place saying it was self adhesive and another saying adhesive was not included. I rang the company to clarify and they allegedly went to check the item and i was told it was self adhesive so i ordered. I then received an email the following day to say it was not self adhesive. I was very angry that i had made the effort to ring and check and was given the wrong information despite them apparently checking the item.

Excellent products, quick despatch and delivery and good value for money.

Promised a product, I ordered next day delivery.

Had to email to realise product is not available, this is not the role of a merchandiser.

I have been trying to ring to find out about my refund and no one answers. I have sent emails and no one has responded.

Ordered and paid for goods online. Firm emailed next day that shipping to my geographical region would cost £60 more. This for 2 x 2.5m lengths of plastic angle trim! Why did their website not pick up my region and give the correct shipping cost before I placed the order? A scandalous ripoff! Needless to say I cancelled the order and demanded a full refund.

We wanted to refresh an old worn wooden threshold and decided to try a non-slip moulding. It came on time. Was easy to cut to size and I used vhb tape to hold in place.
Does the job perfectly.

Allan at Mafson was a pleasure to deal with; professional, communicative and the edging for my campervan cupboards was cost effective.

missing item let them know replacement sent whats not to like !!!

Order 3 items to be delivered urgently,as I was going to hand over the project we were doing ,they sent only 1 item and 2 were missing ,kept calling them all day no answer and finally got through to them ,they said they will have a look in 30 min and call me back ,but they didn’t .the following day they said they have made a mistake and I should have the items with me very soon by express delivery, now 3 days later and I still haven’t received it ,customer driven for 6 hours to get the key and she was so unhappy that the project hadn’t finished and thanks to Mafson ,they ruined it for me ,absolutely careless and unprofessional and I urge you to not use them ever ,absolutely time waster,void st all cost

Very disappointed with the unreliable service of this company. They suggested I email with my request for samples which I did a fortnight ago. No reply to that so I phoned today and again, no response. Very poor communication. Thank you to others who have provided honest reviews of goods paid for but not received. This has warned me off using this company.
