Very poor customer service!!!
Ordered product 5/28/25. As of 6/20/25 I received no notification and no product. I am directing my bank not to pay the charge due to Magcomsen not responding to repeated emails and voicemails. Their products are not worth the very poor customer service.

Order never received
I placed my order on May 22. I received a confirmation of my order but it still hasn’t shipped. I have emailed the company and it has not responded. This is a total scam!!! Stay away from this company. You will lose your money!!
Recently I received a message from the Company, stating that my order has shipped. So maybe it isn't a scam. I shouldn’t have to write a bad review to get the Company to respond to me. I reiterate, this was my first contact from them. They suggested that their email went to my spam folder but I checked and it did not. I am still waiting for my order to arrive.

Takes couple weeks to get shorts, but well worth it to me. Love the product ( esp the length of shorts ). Customer service is great also. Highly recommend company.
