C'est la deuxième fois qu'il manque des articles à une de mes commandes. La première fois j'ai accepté l'avoir donc j'ai dû recommander.
La seconde fois ils m'ont dit que l'article n'était plus en stock mais qu'il me refaisait en avoir. Je leur ai dit que je refusais que je voulais un remboursement. J'ai l'impression qu'ils font exprès pour nous forcer et recommandé !
Sur trois commandes, il manquait des articles dans deux de mes commandes.

À ce niveau-là, ça s'appelle de l'arnaque.

En plus, la plupart des bijoux ne sont pas en excellente état lorsqu'ils arrivent.

Et ne parlons pas du temps de livraison.....

Hmm I didn’t know this brand before ordering, so I wasn’t 100% sure. I got one piece to try it out. Turned out better than I expected!!!! Quality and design are both decent.

Placed the order Early January, it is almost the end of February and I still have not received the package. The original package they shipped took about 4 weeks and was placed carelessly on the street in new york city and was stolen. As no package protection was available and it explicitly states on my door where to place packages I emailed them and told them I would be disputing. They offered to ship a replacement package almost 2 weeks ago and it still has not been shipped. Horrible customer service, i’m already aware most of this jewelry is drop shipped aliexpress scam, but they had a few pieces I could not reverse google image. Not worth the time, patience or money and I don’t even have the products. Save yourself time and order from aliexpress themselves.

The delivery took a very long time. But in terms of the actual items itself, it looks extremely cheap and not worth it for the price AT ALL. Shein looks a lot better. It looks like something from a jewellery making class with a child.

Love my jewelry it’s durable and a good price point to look expensive! And they are great with customer service I had bought a ring from them the first time probably 6 months ago and sadly the stone fell off they gave me a gift card to buy a new one so I bought that ring plus 2 more! Couldn’t be happier with this company! Will be purchasing more jewelry for years to come!

Shipping was super fast, came after around 2 weeks and I live in Australia. But the quality was definitely subpar. I bought the Lou Turquoise shell cross summer golden necklace and the pendant is super light and flat unlike portrayed. The stones are obviously not real and the chain is super thin. It honestly just looks cheap but its still pretty so eh. Just not as good as they make it look.

I ordered a necklace for my niece. It took a while to get here, but this company was very good as far as customer service responding to any text. I sent them and assuring me that it was on the way. I received it and it was better than expected. I know my niece will love it. Thank you so much.
