The quality, professionalism, and the variety of items they sell.

I received my order almost a month after placing it. I loved how the pieces looked until I took them out of the packaging. These are plastic silver and gold chains!! I was so upset I paid 30 bucks for each! what a rip off! they have not disclosed the types of material the silver and gold are made of. I'm so POd!!! If you don't care about the price, then have at it but it's not worth the cost.

They shipped my order to Peru, which I thought wasn't possible, when I told them I was leaving the US and I couldn't pick up the package on time before leaving. I am really grateful about how they handled the situation. Customer Service via email was fire! Hopefully they can target more LatinAmerican audience in the future!

The jewelry from this company is so beautiful. I placed an order with them and accidentally picked the wrong item. I contacted the company and they responded quickly and fixed my mistake. I got my order quickly! I placed a 2nd order 3 days later.

The package arrived on time, and the jewels were good packed. One item I've ordered arrived in the wrong color, but luckily the custumer service solved the problem really fast.Really happy with the experiece in general.
The products seems good quality, I've used them for only a week and they are still perfect.

The only negative note is that the ring I bought has left a little bit of green on my finger, but I think the fault is partially of my skin.

I will order again.

The beautiful creations from Maisonfoufou are backed by their wonderful staff. I had made enquiries about a piece of their jewlery and recieved such a lovely message back. Their assistance was prompt and they were so helpful.
If you ever want something unique go to their site they have an extensive catalogue of creations which you can mix to make them your own unique look.

Not worth the wait, time or quality. They appear to have Bot responses. I ordered on Dec 3 for my daughter as one of her Christmas gifts! Never made it on time. It came after the new year! When you inquire about your purchase, you’re given the same response with a tracking number that they only show created but the package never gets picked up for shipping until whenever they decide. The quality is giving dollar store (no shade to the dollar store, love them because you know what you’re getting. It’s in the name!!) These 5 star reviews are so fake! John Smith and Lucas please upload pictures of you both wearing the jeweler you bought for self!!!

Bought two necklaces some weeks ago and I'm absolutely obsessed with them they're so unique and beautiful really unbelievable!

The pieces are absolutely stunning and they are made in highly quality. The parcel arrived within a week, although in the beginning the tracking number wasn’t updating. Everything came in a good condition and I will definitely purchase from this brand again. Thank you Foufou!

I love this company and their jewelry so much! I have ordered from them multiple times and always receive compliments. I even had a piece malfunction one time and they immediately worked to replace it. couldn’t recommend them more!

I am completely obsessed. The jewelry looks even better in person. I received so many compliments. It brings out your main character moment.Also customer service was so great I made a large order and had to change something. I emailed them and they were so kind and helpful.

Don’t order from them! The only good reviews here are from people trying to get the 10% off offer they give you in exchange for a positive review. They are drop shippers meaning they don’t have anything physically in stock. It’s just a webpage. When you order from them they order from China and your package takes way longer to get to you than what they promise. The tracking website is terrible too because it’s an international order. I placed my order on 12/02 and didn’t receive my order until 01/02! When I reached out to Maison Foufou’s customer service to find out what was taking so long all they did was send me the tracking number that I already had.

I loveeeee Foufou jewelry! I've placed multiple orders for rings, earrings, and necklaces. I only wear gold jewelry so I appreciate that they have a lot of both silver and gold options. Their jewelry also has a unique style and I receive compliments all the time when I wear their pieces. Can't wait to order again soon!

I contacted customer service because I thought my package was wrongly shipped to the Florida. But then I realized the app I was using, Shop was tracking it incorrectly and MaisonFouFou reached out to me very quickly and answered all my questions. I got my beautiful jewelry and it’s so cute. I love it.

Necklace was beautiful packed well with fast delivery very happy will buy again.

The delivery is more than an month late, I ordered in November for a Christmas gift and it's still not delivered.
Do not recommend.

Edit: after the brand's reply promissing a "solution" they only sent an notification saying the package has been shipped. Not much of a solution :) *

I ordered a couple of products at the beginning of December, it is almost end of December and the product in not even in transit to be delivered. This is unacceptable, will never buy anything from this vendor ever again.

Alternatif more than 2 week-end, the stuff is always stucked in China...
