Bought this set at gift for my girlfriend she absolutely love and now we do Hammam once a week together

I visits Morocco once and had an Hammam in the Riad I was in and Omg so happy now I can do this rituals at home it’s become one thing I look forward each weekend will be reordering again

Contattare il servizio clienti è impossibile quindi risparmiate la fatica, sono riuscita a farmi rispondere su tiktok per miracolo (che fa già ridere così)

I placed an order with Mason Zee on 14 May and paid just under £82. After waiting three weeks with no update, I submitted an enquiry through their website regarding my missing order and received no response.

I then contacted their live chat support and was surprised to find the owner, Zahra, responding. Communication was extremely poor, with delays of 10–20 minutes between replies. I was asked for my order number, provided it, and then received no response for a considerable time. When a reply finally came, I was simply told to send an email, despite no email address being provided. I was then asked for my order number again and subsequently ignored.

At the time of writing, I have neither received my order nor a satisfactory explanation as to where it is. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing, especially given the amount paid. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Ordered 3 months ago. They said they didn't have my products in stock and still have never refunded me. Complete scam company set up to steal your money. Avoid.

Ordered through their website in april first week... received an email stating order will be shipped in 3-5 days after this when reached out to them on IG they say 6-8 weeks to dispatch.... waited stil until first week june reached out to them again on IG was left at seen... guys this place is a glorified scam... dont waste your time ordering from them you will never receive it... all you will receive is a package of bs stating each product is handcrafted for you lol okay!! I never leave a negative review but this level of unprofessionalism deserved it..sorry to say this but if you do not understand the ecommerce supply chain you should not get into this business as all you are doing is fooling your customers and giving them false hopes for their orders. Never again!

I placed an order for delivery to UAE 2 months ago and never received it. I never even got to track my order. Very bad service

Although the order took over 7 months to arrive communication was provided throughout. It was frustrating as ordered for a Xmas present but it appears to be a smaller business with shipping issues. I brought the Hamman package and all products are 10/10, I’ll be reordering soon! Great quality and no irritation

I never received my order. They never responded to any of my emails or dm’s. It’s been over a month and I’ve still heard nothing. I am having to get a refund through my back. Incredibly unprofessional. As soon as I made my payment the next day they sent me an email saying I was eligible for a pre-order for the same package that I ordered except I get a free gift. However they took money out of my account already. On their website they said that some orders can take a while to be delivered however they also promised to keep customers up to date about their orders. When I try to track my orders now, the link just leads to an error. I am so angered by the level of unprofessionalism. This company should be ashamed of themselves and I still haven’t gotten my money back or my order!! Don’t waste your time.

Placed an order back in November 2025 that never arrived. I sent them several emails chasing up an update on my delivery, but received no response so I opened a chargeback with my bank. Only after opening a chargeback did I start receiving emails from them telling me that it was some sort of “pre order” and that the delivery will take up to 8 weeks urging me to close the chargeback which I did.

Eventually I ended up forgetting about the order, and it never did arrive in the end. Today I received a promotional spam email from this scam of a company which I didn’t sign up for, but on the bright side I can now leave this review here to let people know think twice before ordering from here.

UNA TRUFFA!!!!!! Ho acquistato da questo sito il 12 marzo e dopo un mese ho chiesto informazioni sul mio pacco, non avendo ricevuto alcuna notizia sul tracciamento. Mi hanno detto che ci sarebbero volute 8 settimane perché si trattava di prodotti fatti a mano, il che era ragionevole. Ho aspettato 8 settimane e, giustamente, mi sono stancata di aspettare e ho richiesto un rimborso immediato. Lo stesso giorno ho ricevuto un'email che minacciava una fuga di dati, VERGOGNOSO. Da quel giorno in poi, nessuna risposta e solo prese in giro: prima la fondatrice ha inviato un messaggio dicendo che avrebbe risolto personalmente il problema, ma successivamente la mia risposta non ho avuto più sue notizie, e dopo il servizio clienti ha risposto a un'altra mia email dove chiedevo il rimborso non avendo mai ricevuto il pacco dicendo che "l'ordine richiederà 6-8 settimane per essere elaborato", il che non aveva assolutamente nulla a che fare con quanto avevo scritto nel messaggio. In breve, una presa in giro completa e totale. Non ho mai ricevuto la merce e nemmeno un rimborso, SCANDALOSO. Inoltre, per non dimenticarsene, ho scritto a loro sui social e anche lì 0 risposte, la fondatrice prima chiede di scrivere in inglese e dopo scompare.

FRAUD!!! Never received my items or refund and just received an email from one of the customer service agents THREATENING TO RELEASE ALL OUR DATA because her boss isn't paying her?!? This is insane.

I’ve been using miss hammam bundle for over a year now, my skin hasn’t been softer I’ve been using it religiously every week and everyone compliments my soft skin, I strongly recommend it!!!

The kindest founder ever!!! Her customers experience is her priority and the products are insane it’s like you’re just in a Moroccan market but make it come to your door😍

Have left a review here before -was in touch with the owner and had a lovely conversation - after 7 months I have not received a refund for my missing products!!!!!! I have had back and forth across probably 20 emails - no refund. My products that did arrive were damaged and I was told I would get a refund for them guess what … no refund. Please please please give me my refund I have not only paid for damaged products I’ve paid for missing products. Date of experience - November 2025 - May 2026
