The quality of the blinds is very good…

The quality of the blinds is very good and we are happy with them and the price, however we experienced difficulty when one of them went missing in transit.

Their customer communication was poor to say the least.
Attempting to call ( on many occasions) getting a queue system and told you are number one in the queue only to be cut off each time.
Chatbot wouldn’t work when we tried it.
Email was only alternative and replies when they did come gave us very little information.
We did after many attempt get to speak to a CSA who was very polite and we requested another blind be made as was obvious by this time that the original was lost.
Eventually 3 weeks after initial order blind turned up today

Easy company to deal with ,great…

Easy company to deal with ,great communication from start to finish, and these blinds look perfect at my window, only too 10 minutes to install ,would definitely recommend to everyone

Would not recommend to anyone

Would not recommend to anyone, custom service would not rectified my problem after telling me that they have sent the problem that they made,and after not fixing there mistakes.i had to buy more blinds from them in which cost me a further £379 ,

Order delivered missing a hinge pin and…

Order delivered missing a hinge pin and trim. Emailed a month ago and got an automated response asking me to be patient and not email again. 1 month later, I tried to call( first in queue then cut off 3 times) Chat just told me to call or email so that was useless. Thought my only hope was to email again only to get the same automated email I got a month ago

Great Blinds

The blinds are a perfect fit and as they were over two meters long i was worried about delivery but they were packaged very well and came to me without any damage. Also they are very good quality. I would recommend Make My Blinds.

Poor quality vertical blinds

Poor quality vertical blinds. DX delivery damaged parcel. Vertical blind vanes are permanently creased due to rain from damaged box. Pull cord hangs from head rail. Some damaged accessories, Poor quality. Customer services almost non-existent.

You should never receive items in that condition.
