I have been using their service for a few years now and not only do they regularly email me when a plugin is outdated and needs updating but when I do have an issue, they are on top of it and spend the time to fix it the right way. One of my sites was severely infected and redirecting to a gambling site and they worked with me to fix it and secure the site. They held my hand and walked me through updating my passwords and removing malicious user accounts. They were amazing.

I had a pretty severe malware infection, my website was not online and I was having trouble with WordPress. I bought Malcare and did a scan, i think it found 47 malware infections. I tried to use the Removal tool and it removed much of the infection but it said that a human intervention was needed. Within 15 minutes a human had cleared the site. However, I was still having problems and now I couldn't even login to WordPress. The Malcare software did a routine scan and found a problem so then a human found another malware infection that had been missed and removed it. After that the website was back online, perfect. But I still couldn't login to WordPress so a human explained a way around it and now I have a new login password and WordPress is back to normal. Im delighted. Im not wealthy but im thinking that I will renew Malcare yearly especially with the advent of AI. I highly recommend Malcare.

The support were extremely helpful in resolving the two technical issues I had. I have multiple sites with Malcare and they integrated without issues but one site was not working and the team were very helpful.

As always a complicated backend problem with WordPress (and not really the responsibility of Malcare) resolved within ten minutes and on a weekend day also.
I dont regret a cent of the cost of their service.
