I’m writing this after using MalCare for a couple of years, and my experience has been exceptional. It delivers exactly what it promises.

I love malcare.com. I have probably 15-20 sites on it ..I've been able to cancel other subscriptions and save money. It's very easy to use and so far has been very reliable and does so many things that make my life easier. It gives me complete peace of mind.

I am using the free version of Malcare and when I made a change on one of my sites, Malcare let me know my site was down which I would never have know and they also let me know what I did wrong so I could fix it and I did.

The customer service with Malcare is great. Also the service is good for organizing all websites, updating them and receiving notices when anything is wrong.

Our site got hacked from a bad plugin, support from the webhost was less then great.
Other scanners were not detecting the compromised files.
Within a couple hours of signing up for malcare the site was repaired and fully functional again.

After all 4 of my sites were attached I was concerned about another 'vulnerabilty' on one of the sites - Malcare were very helpful in sorting this out and reassuring me that it was ok

It is great to get warnings in email, Malcare is on it. They consistently identify problems with resolutions. Many times they have stepped in and solved them or given me the information I needed to share with my host provider.

Have had Malcare for 6 months now and they have bailed me out of malware trouble time and time again with very quick response times. Great investment.
