My site got hacked...I did the painstaking cleanup myself the first time. And obviously missed something because a week later, hacked again. This time I wised up and installed MalCare with their Repair plan. I had an issue connecting and had to contact support, who responded within minutes (though the plan I signed up for gives them 24 hours)! My site was cleaned and back up and running almost instantly and now it's more protected than it was before. Worth every penny!

Our charity website had some malware causing chaos. We tried various things such as paid-for services from the website hosting provider and free Wordpress plugins but none of those worked. At the end of our tether we decided that it was worth it to pay for MalCare (they kindly provided a charity discount) and our website issue was fixed within minutes!

Over and above that they've been incredibly helpful at highlighting security issues with the website and providing backups and have been really helpful whenever I've needed to contact them. Their customer service has been really top-notch in my experience.

We thought that the cost of the services was pretty reasonable but I see that they have recently changed their pricing model which would have put it out of our reach in the first instance and will certainly give us pause for thought when we next need to renew. This is a bit of a shame - especially for charities where every penny counts but where we also rely on a functioning website.

Great Experience, our site was redirected somehow and Malcare kept in touch through the whole process. They fixed the issue in record time.

First class product and support team. I used to work for a top tier software company that produced security products and I have been really impressed with the malcare team.

Really easy to use, fast, informative and the support team / system are proactive.

Maybe get one or two too many emails but I don't mind that too much.

I completely messed my login up and was unable to change my password. I raised a ticket which was answered within an hour. I followed the provided link with a temporary password, was able to log in and change the password to my own.
So far I am impressed with the way that malcare works with my website.

Malcare and wonderful Sanjay saved our websites! Best malcare service out there. Highly recommend!!!!!
