MalCare Reviews

Really incredible the job this company do.

Thanks a lot.

These guys are great. The are always 24/7 to help with ANY security issue I have in my wordpress sites. I will be a customer for years. 5 stars for Sai Sanjay G.

I’ve had a great experience using MalCare so far. The setup process was simple, and the dashboard is very user-friendly, even for someone who doesn’t want to deal with complex technical details.

What stands out the most is how fast and reliable the malware scanning and protection features are. It gives me peace of mind knowing my WordPress site is being monitored and secured continuously without affecting performance.

Overall, MalCare is a solid choice for anyone looking for an efficient and easy-to-use WordPress security solution. I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend it to others.

The agent was able to get into the codebase and remove the malware that was deeply embedded. Great job all around.

I was suffered with malware attack on the site and i couldn't able to find where it is, they helped to find it and they support thoughout the process. They response quickly to the mail and suggest the solution quickly.

Fantastic! Great analytics that quickly found malware and fixed. They then went on to help me undo the damage! I feel they are really invested in their customers' security.

Try their free tool and upgrade ASAP.

I am very happy with the service Malcare provide. The automation for fixing hacked sites is great & their personal service was also quick and efficient in dealing with a particlur issue I needed help with. Special shout out to Sai Sanjay G 🫡

Our site was infected. Regular cleaning didn't help but they were able to look deeper and clean. I am satisfied with the service. I wish there was an easier way to make contact such as a phone number but, at the end of the day, they were able to fix by the next day.

My website had quite a few security problems & vulnerabilities, and the MalCare tool really helped me to isolate & fix each problem. Very good tech.

Been managing WordPress sites for agencies and clients for years. MalCare is the one security plugin I keep coming back to.
The free version delivers real value - automatic daily scans, firewall protection, and brute force prevention without touching your server resources. That alone puts it ahead of most alternatives.
What really stands out is the support team. Fast, professional, and they actually solve problems instead of sending you to a documentation article.
If you manage multiple WordPress sites, the centralized dashboard is worth it on its own.
Clean interface. No false alarms. Does what it promises.
5 stars, no hesitation.

THEY ARE REALLY GOOD, THEY RESPOND QUICKLY.

The dashboard is really easy to understand and manage. It helps you see the risk level for out of date plugins, which plugins have high compatibility ratings with your current site version, and it sends alerts if any errors come up, the site goes down, or there are any major issues. The team is also really quick with communication and expert support for any more complex issues or hack cleanup. Highly recommend!

I wanted to browse a website. But it blocked me. It is the first time a website see me as malware. MalCare is not good enough to determine the real visitors. Sorry you need to improve your system.

Seems to be a lot of strong opinions on here but my experience has been nothing but top notch. Yes, you have to pay for it. Anything good is worth paying for. Each time I've had an issue, the software has assisted me with recovery. It's made restoring simple when needed, and their customer service has always been great to me; especially when it comes to a few things over my head. Appreciate the assistance, Malcare. Thank you!

Great plugin, and most of all great support. I have asked help several times the past years, and their support is super fast, very friendly, and efficient.

It's bad.
They need to sort it out. Oftentimes, you download a plugin for Airlift, but you get the one for Vault, or you download a plugin for Malcare and get one for Airlift. Also, the connections are so stupid, they don't work, and they keep falling off the websites.
Save your money.

Been using Malcare for about a year. Product is well designed and their support is exteremly responsive.

I’ve been using MalCare for several months now, and I can honestly say it’s the best security plugin I’ve ever installed. I’m not a developer I just run a small WordPress site— so I needed something that actually works without constantly asking me to fix things.

I used Malcare for several years for my two site, I was very impressed with the product but the customer service was second to none. I moved my websites off of WordPress otherwise I would still be with their services.
