I've been a customer for over three years, and Malcare is constantly improving. The prices are a bit higher than its American competitor, but I'm very satisfied with the tool. It's powerful and monitors websites for attack attempts, alerting users to updates. The dashboard provides essential information, which is very convenient. The technical support team is responsive and very helpful, which is extremely important to me!

the security scan dealt with a problem that our web-designer was suggesting deleting the whole installation and reinstalling. What stood out even more was the customer care afterwards, when we were dealing with the lingering aftereffects. Prompt, courteous and helpful advice which helped us to put everything right.

MalCare does not absolutely prevent hacks to happen. But it helps a lot detecting and removing hacks. I use it in addition to Wordfence, which is not quite as good in detecting malicious files. Malcare is easy to use, and there's great support by real people. I particularly appreciate how they honour my AppSumo LTD. Full prices still seem reasonable for the service.

I love my MalCare plugin! No more worries with my website's security. I get regular reports on the status of the site when plugins need an upgrade or something weird happens. In the rare case that there is something to repair, I get a friendly support message and only have to do a few clicks to get my website safe again. Easy, fast, and comfortable for non-tech geeks. I feel safe and very well supported by MalCare.

Scammers! I emailed them to cancel the subscription before renewal. They ignored my email and charged my card. THEN they sent an autoreply and ignored all further emails

my site got hacked by a casino promotor and i could not fix it by myself. The malcare team assisted and cleaned everything for me.

The new UX for Malcare/BlogVault or whatever name they operate under is far worse experience than the old dashboard.

There is no mobile responsive version or app so I can manage on the run. This feature request has been made for years

Signed up after literally 5 of my business sites being critically infected with malware (what kind of people DO this kind of thing??). I decided I wasn't going to tear my hair out - so I paid for malcare. They had to get physically involved and worked step by step with me until I was completely happy. Very positive experience so far. I got the Protect plan and it found a few items of malware. MalCare's customer service team was able to identify where the files and scripts were located so I could clean them myself. Good to feel like my website is actually secure now.

Excellent experience. Our site got hacked and we had spent close to a week working with web host and backups restores, only to have it quickly fall back to the same state even after completely reinstalling WordPress from scratch. MalCare found the cron jobs and other malware on the site that we had been missing. Crossing fingers that it stays all clean now. Thank you!
