MalCare Reviews

Malcare gives top and speedy response. Up to now they have resolved important malware issues we've had on our site. Always helpful and on top of the issue.

I have been with Malcare for a lot of years now and they on top of things. They are a 5 star service in every respect.

Very reliable and quick service. I've been using the BlogVault back up service for years and they've always been very responsive and fix hacks and malware quickly and efficiently.

Awesome tool. Makes my life easy, and my clients websites super secure. Love working with the team!

I have the paid version of Malcare and I wouldn't be without it. I switched from another service and the difference was like night and day. They have a long list of things they check and they send me status reports and alert me when there is a problem. They are very quick to reply to my messages and they are very knowledgeable.

I find since I had this plugin I had nothing but problems.Always asking me for upgrades to fix something and they also can block your site to login into your Wordpress dashboard .

Malcare is the top WordPress plugin for security and maintenance. We would be lost without it. Customer support is exceptional. 10/10

Quick responses and correct solutions. What more can you ask for?

Quick and easy clean up.

Happy to use again if the need arises but hopefully not needed!

Outstanding service, so happy I found Malcare who helped me remove malware from my website.

Given I don't pay for MalCare (yet), I was shocked to get a response to my inquiry about a particular suspected vulnerability VERY quickly! I don't think my ticket took even 15 minutes to get a response.

Malcare has our back for even more than just our website security. They are quick at cleaning sites and it's great knowing that they are constantly checking the site. But more than that, I had an issue that initially looked like a security issue, and even though it turned out not to be related to anything Malcare does, their support team still helped with advice and tips on how to combat the negative seo toxic backlinks we were dealing with. They really cared about our security and site's wellbeing.

The Malcare products are first class as is their support team.
Latest support request was responded to and resolved in less than 30minutes.

Very pleased with Malcare. It helped me figure out an issue I was having and remove the compromised files without me having to hire anyone or be a web developer myself. A huge life saver. I tried another plug in first and refunded that for Malcare.

Great support. Sorted any and all issues very quickly and kept all intrusions out over the years I used them.
100% recommend.

Customer service is amazing. They replied to me in 15 min after sending the ticket with a solution, cleared my doubts and helped me to solve the issue

There was an incident where our admin access was compromised, and a script was injected into Elementor, causing customers’ card information to be leaked. Sucuri, Wordfence, and even MalCare’s scan feature were unable to detect the issue — however, a MalCare expert was able to identify the exact location of the script and provide detailed information on what data had been exposed.

Many thanks to Sai Sanjay G for the work and support.

Extremely quick response, very understanding and keen to assist. Issue resolved and i am very impressed with the support .

My website got a malware and Malcare take of it in no time.
I am very satisfied with their support and service.

Our website got hacked and they resolved everything in a matter of hours. It was an advanced malware yet they made it happen in less than 2-3 hours.

I will never ever use another plugin for security. Thanks a lot to teveryone at MalCare and especially to Sai Sanjay.

10/10 would recommend.
