Down time does not work and it did not detect malware. The malware appears it was there prior to installing it however.
The support initally was quick I contacted numerous occasions regarding notifications as there is no text notification if the site goes down. I did ask for my money back in the first 14 days but emails have gone back and forth. I have again asked for my money back as it appears this is nothing but a good looking plugin that does very little.
If they dont respond by Monday I will cal the bank and do a charge back and suggest anyone having the same issue do the same.

It cleaned the malware that was using my site's mobile traffic in minutes, which I couldn't do anything about even though I was aware of it for a long time because I didn't have enough technical knowledge, and it also fixed a few other problems. Now all the visitor parameters of my site have started to improve and this will have a very positive effect on SEO. I definitely recommend it, it deserves its price to the fullest.

I cannot say enough about this company. They are fast. They are efficient. They deal with business owners like myself that are not highly technical. I am so impressed that I have moved ALL FOUR of my websites to their company. Best decision I every made. 30 days 100% money back warranty is fake. I just used the plugin for an hour after I bought it and canceled my account right away. When I asked for a refund and sent the according help article they immediately deleted the article and told me that the refund does not work.
Very upsetting!

After a couple of complaint emails by me they sent me a partial refund which I agreed on but it was way less than I paid and the 100% Refund Promise was broken on purpose by them :(

Malcare is a great value if you have WP sites to manage and protect. I own two sites that were hacked. I took the 3 sites plan and the people at Malcare took the time do clean my sites by hand !!! Great support.
Plus, malcare interface is great to update, install, uninstall plugins, themes in WP easily and securely (backups ! backups !).

I'm a developper, i hated WP, it is a pain in the ... but now... i'm cool thanks to Malcare.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Malcare regarding the limitations of their plans that were not very explicit to their consumers.

If you’re willing to sign up for a 1-year plan and add 10 sites, for example, and keep those 10 sites there permanently, that’s fine. However, if you want to add and remove websites (Virusdie allows you to do this) without any restrictions, Malcare is not for you.

I have regular clients, but some are occasional. I contracted the 10-site plan and had 9 fixed sites there. I used this “slot” that was left over for any other customers. At one point, I tried to add a website and the message appeared saying that I had reached the limit, even though I had 9 websites on the platform and I had 1 “slot” left to use.

Now, after 20 days, I’m trying to get a refund, which I’ve been told won’t be possible.

Again: if you want to hire for fixed sites, OK. But if you want the right to add or remove sites from your account as you please, Malcare is not for you.

Support that really works! Very satisfied with the product and the team that maintains it. I recommend it 100%!

From September 2023, we had this hacking on our site, which had destroyed the functions of our e-commerce site that super visited in the DRC and the world. While looking for solutions, we found a Malcare plugin that gave us security service on all levels for the proper functioning of our site. What I like more for their service: 1. They are prepared in correspondence to inform us of what is not going well on the operation.
2. They are prompt to receive complaints and requests for assistance in a free and timely manner.
3. I thank Malcare Support for resolving a serious issue that our site has encountered recently with 500 errors due to malicious code that the hackers injected into our site. Waou, support worked manually to find and remove these codes, using the credentials of our FTP that they had requested. At first, I was afraid to give them away, but with confidence, I put them back. Our site has all been rebuilt. I, admnistratice, am breathing now, my heart was going to crack. Really, a big thank you for your service so fast and understandable that you had returned me. We remain your subscribers forever, and I recommend your service to other companies especially that use wordpress. they are the real hacker. A warning showing at the top of the dashboard that my site is hacked. and the time since when my site is hacked is the same as when I installed this plugin. Then they ask you to upgrade to clean your site which is gonna cost you $99. you are paying $99 for nothing. poor trap by malcare.

Wie es so kommt wurde unsere Seite wieder gehackt, eine einfache Bereinigung war nicht erfolgreich, so dass wir uns beim Support meldeten. Der Support reagierte rasch und kompetent, in Zusammenarbeit mit Malcare und Provider wurde das Problem innert 2 Tagen gelöst und bereinigt so wie ein Backup eingespielt und am Schluss erstellt. Encountered some issues with my website after transferring to a new host, after several weeks and contacting my web host IONOS numerous times, Wordpress and also Wordfence no one could resolve the issue.
