I used Malcare services six or seven months ago. Everything was good, but I never trusted an Indian company with my credit card information. To my fear, yesterday my card was misused on Amazon India.

This is the only Indian company to which I have submitted my credit card information. It could be that some other companies like Hostgator or GoDaddy, whose support teams are also Indian, are involved too.

But I suspect that it is Malcare employees who are misusing your credit cards and stealing the credit.

Be very careful.

I was having malware on my website, I contacted them and they assisted my in installing their plugin and the removal of the malware from my WordPress website. Now my website is running and free from malware. Their customer service is good, they respond to you on time Incase you need their assistance. They are the best company you can trust.

Excellent product (the daily backup syncs and vulnerability notifications have been a life saver), but what stands out the most is the quick and helpful support. One of the few places I can get immediate support, with the support staff showing great care towards both investigating the issues as well as communication.

My website got injected with malware. While searching for a suitable malware cleaner I stumbled on Malcare as a plugin. And then I found out that Malcare offers such a wide variety of functions like securing the site, auto-back ups, auto-updates, monitoring, performance reports and cleaning the website from malicious files. I tried the malware scanner, tried the 1-click auto remove function, but unfortunaly it failed. The software told me to get it removed manually by Malcare. So I requested a manual remove. Within 24hrs the hack was removed and my website was clean again. The helpdesk is friendly and kept me updated during the process. Big thumbs up guys!
