Following on from my previous post, my husband's dream will come true, thanks to Paul at the Peterbrough store. He was able to source the requested items(from another store) to store for me to view/choose. From the minute I met him, you could see his true professionalism and knowledge shine through. I was so excited and filled with emotion, at the thought that I was so close to buying something that seemed just out of my grasp. Paul made the dream become a reality, the whole buying experience was exceptional. THANK YOU Paul.
My next considered purchase with you, will be to purchase a very special gift for my daughter's 21st, in 18mths time.
Once I know what I want, I'll be contacting you again.

AWFUL, I WENT TO NOTTINGHAM STORE, STAFF FRIENDLY, NOT MANY PEOPLE GOING IN AS NOT MANY PEOPLE HAVE THE MONEY THESE DAYS. STAFF MIS-SOLD ME A £1800.00 BRACELET. I ALSO SOLD GOLD TO THEM, THEY OFFERED NO TRADE PRICE AS THEY DID PREVIOUSLY. SOLD ME A GOLD PLATED RING SURPOSED TO BE GOLD UNFORTUNATLY I PAID CASH FOR THAT. SOLD ME A RAG DOLL BEAR FOR MY TWINS DEATH BEFORE THIS WHICH FALLEN APART AND I HAD TO SELL THE REMAINDER BACK TO THEM THEY OFFERED ME £15 FOR THAT - INSULT - NO TRADE PRICE -

HEAD OFFICE HAS HAD OVER A WEEK TO CONTACT ME WILL NOT CONTACT ME. THE GOODS THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY SOLD TO ME WITHOUT ME VIEWING THEM WAS NOT WHAT I LOOKED AT 2 DAYS BEFORE, IT WAS PLACED IN A BOX AND SOLD TO ME WITHOUT ME VIEWING - IT IS A TWO TONE BRACELET DAMAGED AND WAS SURPOSED TO BE ALL ONE COULER I PAID OVER £1700 FOR THIS BRACELET WHICH IS DAMAGED IN 3 PLACES AND 2 DIFFRENT COULERED GOLD,

I HAVE TRIED TO RETURN SAME DAY FOR REFUND SAME DAY I PURCHASED AT 3:!3 I HAVE RECEIPT OF PURCHASE PM - I RETURNED SHORT TIME LATER THE SHOP WAS CLOSED WITH SHUTTERS DOWN, I HAVE PICTURE PROOVING THIS AS WELL DATE AND TIME STAMPS WITH ACCURATE TIME.

NEXT DAY PHONE HEAD OFFICE, THEY OFFERED NOTHING NOT EVEN A PENNY, NOT EVEN A CALL BACK AS WAS PROMISED - APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE. STORE MANAGER CALLED WAS POLITE HOWEVER OFFERED ME DIFFRENT BRACELETS AT MORE EXPENSE.

I ASKED FOR REFUND IN FULL AS GOODS WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED TO ME AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE THIS IS THE TRUTH. FIT FOR PURPOSE BEING ALL ONE COULER AND SUITABLE FOR PHOTO SHOOTS AND FOR WORK, ITS NOT SUITABLE FOR THAT ITS GOT A FLIMSY CLASP ON IT, ITS BEEN REPAIRED IN 3 PLACES. ITS DISGRACEFUL, WONT TAKE DECENT PHOTOGRAPHS, IVE OVER £20K IN JEWELLERY ON MY SHOOTS, THIS IS POOR QUALITY AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, I'VE OVER £3,000 IN CLOTHING AT A TIME ON FOR MY SHOOTS THIS IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

TO BE RUDLY TOLD I CAN NOT AFFORD A HIGHER VALUE BRACELET, IS AN INSULT I EXPLAINED CLEARLY I CAN AFFORD THE WHOLE SHOP IF I REALLY WANTED TO - THE ONE IN NOTTINGHAM I CAN AFFORD ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING 10 TIMES OVER CERTAINLY NOT SHORT OF MONEY.

WHAT I HAVE TO DO NOW THIS PLACE DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS IS RETURN THE UNWANTED UN-DAMAGED AND UN-WORN BRACELET AND NOT BE SCAMMED. - GET MY MONEY BACK VIA THE CHARGEBACK SCHEME WITH MY BANK LUCKILY ON THE BRACELET I PAID BY CARD.

ALWAYS PAY BY YOUR DEBIT CARD AS THIS PLACE DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS SIMPLY TAKES YOUR MONEY AND TRYS TO SCAM YOU.

HEAD OFFICE HAD OVER A WEEK CONTACT ME BACK AND NEVER HAS, IVE PAID £1440.00 VIA BANK WHICH I CAN CLAIM BACK AND IVE THEN GOT TO DISPUTE THE £260.00 FOR THE GOLD THAT THEY'VE HAD OFF ME AS WELL, WHICH IS A POOR PRICE TOO, - AS THEY WONT RETURN THAT NEITHER.

I HAVE FULL RECEIPTS OF MY PURCHASES THIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW, I WOULD STATE I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN DUE TO THE FACT THEIR AREA MANAGER HAS NOT A CLUE HOW TO RUN THE BUISNESS AND IS NOT BUISNESS MINDED. THE STAFF AT NOTTINGHAM STORE THOUGH ARE VERY POLITE.

UNFORTUNATLY THE STORE DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS AND DOES NOT FOLLOW THE LAW WHERE IT CLEARLY SAYS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT EFFECTED, WHEN CLEARLY IN THIS CASE THEY ARE.

I CAN SHOW RECEIPTS OF MY PURCHASES THEY'VE DONE ME OUT OF OVER £3,000 NOW - WITH THE CHAIN AND TEDDY FOR MY DECEASED TWINS AND ONLY GIVING ME £15 BACK FOR THAT IS LUDICRIS WHICH THEY COST ME £895 FOR. -

THEY'VE HAD £750 FOR A BUCKLE RING WHICH IS PLATED GOLD AND NOT GOLD

THEY'VE HAD £1440 CASH AND £260 GOLD FOR A 3 TONE BRACELET NOT ALL THE SAME GOLD, I.E. VINTAGE GOLD IS NOT VINTAGE WHEN IT HAS 21ST CENTURY MODERN ATTACHEMENTS TO IT AND IT WAS NEVER DESCRIBED AS BEING REPAIRED.

THEIR FOR MIS-SOLD AND MIS-DISCRIBED, WHICH IS A TRUE MEANING AS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

THE FIT FOR PURPOSE IS IT IS INTENDED FOR SHOOTS, AND INTENDED FOR WORK, WITH IT NOT BEING THE SAME COULER AND STANDING OUT IT DEFECTS THE VALUE OF THE THOUSANDS OF POUNDS OF OTHER GENUINE JEWELLERY THAT IS WORN ON THE SHOOT AND IS ALSO DEFECTING THE VALUE TO OTHER WORN FOR WORK, WHICH IS ALL GENUINE GOLD. ALL ONE COULER.

THE MANAGER AT NOTTINGHAM ALSO TRIED TO TELL ME THAT ITS ALL THE SAME GOLD, EVERYONE KNOWS THAT GOLD IS DIFFRENT I.E. THE LATER GOLD IS MORE STRONGER THAN THE 21ST CENTURY GOLD. THE MATERIAL OF THE STONE IS COMPLETLY DIFFRENT. ETC.

DONT FALL FOR THEIR SALES TACTICS, DONT FALL FOR THE SCAMS, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMEND PURCHASING FROM THEM, NOT A GENUINE SHOP TO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. JUST OUT FOR THE MONEY

I WAS ALSO DISAPOINTED AT THE FACT I WAS TOLD FAMILY RUN, WHEN ITS NOT.

FACT OF MATTER IS IF THEY TRY TO STEAL MY MONEY AND MY GOODS THEY I WILL TAKE FURTHER AND PROSICUTE ALL STAFF FOR FRAUD AND THEFT. HAVING MY DECEASED CHILDRENS ITEMS FOR PEANUTS AFTER CHARGING ME OVER £850 FOR THEM, INSULT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GO ELSEWHERE. -

I left 2 wedding rings with Mallard and they reduced the size to fit well. Service was very good, polite and helpful.

Today I went in to purchase a chain & pendant which turned out to be an excellent experience. Staff were very welcoming, polite and professional. No negatives whatsoever. Spoke to 3 members of staff and each were equally warm characters. Much appreciated and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Had a link removed from my Rolex. Was looked after by Amy who was really helpful and attentive. Will be back for sure!

I had such a positive experience with this Jewellers in Nottingham. Firstly, Laura, the manager, was so helpful over the phone and went above and beyond to help me pick the right ring for me. I then went into store and Judith was amazing! She was so knowledgable and I walked away with the most amazing engagement ring. I also fell in love with an eternity ring which wasn't available at the time but Judith rang me a few days later to tell me it was now available. I would definitely recommend this jewellers- possibly the best customer experience i've ever had and made the occasion really special- thank you Judith and Laura :)

Mallards Ilford,I took a gold ring to be repaired after being cut off at hospital,they did an absolutely superb job,the ring came back as good as new,was so shiny I didn't think it was mine.Amazing job,thank you....

I had a charm that needed soldering onto a link bracelet and the solder Mallards in Ilford have done is absolutely invisible. Brilliant job. I can wear the bracelet now without forever checking that the charm is still on there. Thank you so much 💓

I recently went into the store in Ilford to enquire about a repair that I needed only to see a set of 6 bangles that I loved. Unfortunately they were too small but nonetheless I asked to see them and was served by Debbie. She gave me all the information that I needed and was extremely patient with me. As I went back to the store twice, her level of customer service remained the same and I could honestly say that all the ladies including Debbie made me feel really welcomed in the store and that they were willing to help me with all of my queries. The customer service that Debbie gave is the perfect example of what excellent customer service should resemble. I left satisfied and will definitely be returning soon. Mallards should be proud to have Debbie as one of their employees.

Ilford Branch: A business is nothing without great customer service and support. I want to thank Amy for helping me find the perfect watch and for fixing the battery. She is pleasant, very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend and will most likely return!

I was served right away and got the help I needed. Before I came to this shop, I went to many shops asking for a tighter back for earrings as my daughter pulls hers off (she’s 13months). The lovely lady pulled out the perfect secure earring backs and I’m so happy with this product.
