Ordered Tuesday and was here Thursday lunchtime,as promised, excellent quality and packed to arrive in perfect condition. The ultimate bbq packs are awesome . Thanks malpass will definitely order again. Mr Allen

£100 pack fair value but the dates were up in a few days. The meat Is all ok except the fillet steak which is thin and horrible tail end which was disappointing. Shame about the dates its put me off ordering again 😧

Great quality great communication great service and as for value we'll it need another star. This was my first ever order. Cost £99. I managed to produce 27 meals for a family of 6 all ready to freeze and cook when needed. OK I have a catering background but it was actually really simple.

Excellent customer service from these guys! Any time I’ve had an issue, which has been few and far between, and not caused by their team but glitches in computer software. They have been on it to sort it out immediately when made aware. Cannot praise them enough for their determination to have satisfied customers. Their communication and deliveries times are fantastic despite the pressure from the current situation going on, they have carried on doing their best to fulfil every order in a timely manner.

I have to say that your ham is by far the best ham I’ve ever tasted and I used to do a lot of shopping at Marks & Spencer‘s and Waitrose but your ham eclipses their quality and as for your sausages, they are completely faultless. My daughter doesn’t normally eat sausages but she loves the sausages we get from you. The burgers are very impressive and tasty. The sirloin steaks..... you know when you have a young family and you have to provide for your family within a budget, steak is normally the last thing on the menu but I have to say that your prices and your deals have made the odd steak dinner commonplace in our household so thank you Malpass for that.

I have used Malpass for the first time and I’m really happy with the service... The delivery arrived on the day it was due even though I was forewarned there may be a delay for obvious reasons, it looks good quality and for the price I paid it’s a real bargain..

Placed order online for delivery. Money taken from account then informed that the delivery will be an extra five days till despatched despite clear delivery time when ordering. Unable to contact for refund, they do not reply to messages or emails. Lots of other customers also complaining about the exact same thing.

I made my guest order with Malpass a couple of weeks ago, they (Philip) couldn't be more helpful. The order arrived exactly right, well packed. I shall definitely be using them again, particularly at Christmas.
