Live chat service always quick and helpful

I found Karen very helpful and polite. Quick to answe my questions and when my phone went off and I logged back in Karen remembered our conversation.

This company has been great, the live chat is easy to use and if they can’t help there and then they book a call back, they’ve completed my paperwork for me, talking me through the whole thing,

All in all a good service, saving time and stress. Just recently, however, I needed to update the date on my d36 via the chat. Only on the 3rd time of asking was I successful, thanks Karen.

The team at quick divorce, were very helpful and considerate because this is a very stressful time for any couple . They were always there at the end of the phone or email if i was struggling with any forms, it was alot quicker than going to the high street solicitors and much cheaper,

Being somewhat sceptical I decided to use Managed Divorce to complete my divorce and found them to be professional and clear with each stage of the process.
Now finally at the conclusion of the legalities they are just a helpful as day 1 with advice and assistance in completing the task.
I would recommend them to anyone who has to go through the minefield after a marriage breakdown.

So far Quickydivorce have been really helpful. I have had to use the Chat service several times, each time they have answered my questions and put my mind at rest.

Very easy to use system, with a quick response

The assistant was very quick, and helpfull with the answers I needed.

It was going quite well until now...but seems to have stalled. I have been trying to get hold of someone to ask a couple of questions and after two weeks still no joy. I keep being told by the live chat that someone will call and this is the forth time they have let me down. No apologies, just telling me they will call and then don't. Its certainly not a quick option doing it this way. I cant even get hold of the complaints department so have resorted to venting my frustration here. This has not been a quick option at all. Just lots of online forms to fill in and hard to get support if you need it to fill them in. Disappointing and frustrating.

This company does absolutely nothing! Takes your money and can’t even check your forms correctly. Paid postage on numerous occasions as documents weren’t checked properly, lack of support and care with your case. 8 months on and I’m no further forward, waste of time. Customer service is diabolical, never answered the phone, waited weeks to get replies. Hidden costs throughout that were never discussed at consultation. Stay away from this company.
