It’s very rare I post any reviews but I felt it important I do on this occasion to ensure people NEVER purchase services from this company and avoid being absolutely conned out of money!
If I could give less than 1 star for these guys I would. I paid extra for a full managed service to support me through my divorce only to find that really all these guys do is complete your initial paperwork and that’s it. They don’t have the authority to talk to the court (basically what they say in every email!) or really to push anything through so I don’t know how they can advertise a quicker than usual service. I’ve been waiting on my divorce for 2 years now and we’re no where near. And let me be clear mine is as simple as you can get - no assets involved, completely amicable over my daughter, both parties completely in agreement. The simplest possible divorce!
You have to do all the chasing and pushing along and there are hidden costs along the way. Their communications are also extremely poor and I’ve had to chase emails over the phone when they’ve not been responded to.
DO NOT spend a penny of your money with this company they are absolutely useless!

Filled questionnaire a few years ago and never submitted so had some trouble unlocking old questionnaire etc but was helped along all the way by Greg on chat. Great service

A gentleman named Greg kindly helped me today as I could not get in my account to find out where I was up to. He made me aware the website had a technical issue and would email me when this has been corrected which he did . I was therefore able to continue and did have to talk to him again when I did not understand something. Greg remained both helpful , polite and professional throughout. 1049215

The process is not too difficult to navigate - but the support of the team make sure you avoid banana-skins and keep your ducks in a row - especially when the Court communications are unclear or cause concerns or uncertainty.

I went with managed divorce because of the reviews that others had submitted and because I wanted someone o guide me through the process. Well I honestly wished I hadn't. it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish, Documents produced with incorrect dates ( apparently I had separated from my wife in the future) despite providing the information over the phone not 10 minutes before. Impossible to get through to either on the phone or via live chat " estimated waiting time 1 minute" took me 20 minutes plus on both occasions. Promises of call backs which never materialise and just an apparently lack of interest once they have had your money. Incidentally, they stipulate that there are no refunds once you have started the process. To be honest you can obtain all the documents and guides for completing yourself on the government website so I ask myself what are you actually getting for your money? I recommend you steer clear. Absolute rip off in my opinion.
