On the 2nd October I paid 81pence by debit card.as requested. They couldn’t find a manual for a Sony recorder thatI requested but downloaded the later model which was similar to use. However on the 10th of October they then took another £60.43 from my debit card which only come to my knowledge when I checked my bank account. My bank have agreed to block any further payment to this lot in case they try to dig into my account again. Managed to get the correct manual posted to me from OTC LTD - Printed manuals at a reasonable price.

This Organisation is a fraud I requested a Manual for a EV CARGER MANUAL FOR A LITEON MODEL. W2-EC246-0SK6MR they said they had one took my money and never supplied the Manual or gave me a refund.

Die vorgeschlagene Anleitung half weiter. Innerhalb der angegebenen Tage-30-, wurde jedoch der für 2 Monate abgebuchte Abo-Preis anstandslos zurück überwiesen! [wegen einer Reise wurde die Frist "nach 7 Tagen automatisch ein Abonnement gebucht zu haben, ja, ist nicht nett so eine kurze Frist, und Automatismus auch nicht.]

Same exeperience as others below...scammers don't touch. Thanks to Revolut for intervening and stopping the second payment.

Fraudulent business. If you buy one item they set up a debit and extract money from your account. 5 stars to Barclays for warning me.

It seems that this company have big issues, i have reported them to my bank for fraud, they took 0.95 Euros for a manual that they didn't/couldn't supply then charged me a further 69.95 euros 5 days later, I am still awaiting a refund!!! Their customer services are attrocious, do not touch them with a barge pole!!

Like everyone else here I was scammed by this company. I paid 80p to download a washing machine manual. Two months later they took £58.50 from my account without authorisation. They did not send me an email or make clear any terms and conditions about this. U.K. trading standards need to stop this company trading. They are fraudulent.

Abzocke. Ich bin nie ein Abo eingegangen doch irgendwie haben die es geschafft mir den Betrag for ein Jahresabonnement abzubuchen. Finger weg, das sind unlautere Geschäftsleute. Das Manual, das ich gebraucht hätte, habe ich niemals bekommen.

My experience is the same as most others, your commitment to repeat subscription payments is well hidden so that you place an order for an emailed copy manual at a reasonable price only to be charged a totally different sum but also repeat payments.

Following my complaint this firm has cancelled my alleged subscription and offered full refund, waiting for it now.

It seems that I have been duped in exactly the same way, and for the same amount, as the other customer who left this review.

It’s a con, I paid what I thought was 6 Euros, but when my Credit card statement came through they took 69.95 Euros! Not impressed at all

Guys, they will take this payment every 2 months, claiming you signed up for
a subscription, I like most had an instruction “email attachment “ manual supplied for around 80p, noticed this morning they processed a payment for £51.90, I missed a previous payment in July for £60.10 Called them this morning on the UK number, it points to a German phone number who asked me to send an email with my issue when I spoke with them, working with my bank to try and recover my losses and pay nothing further

This is a scam! Ordered a manual five days ago still not received. Do not use you will not get anything for your money.

I would leave zero but let this be a lesson to other newbies. £0.80 is a super price for a manual that I needed really urgently and we all must agree but like me you will get quite a shock when a week later you are charged £59.10 I have now had to go to the bank to block them taking any more money from me and request a refund by email for a subscription I did not know I had taken out.So please people think very carefully before pressing that buy button
