I have a pet with an ongoing condition and claim every other month, so I love the ease with which I can make a claim and how quickly it’s paid - it’s usually within 36 hours. The claims dashboard is intuitive and easy to use and helpfully split into sections for different receipts/info.

The claim I was making, was for antibiotics and steroids and was put through by my vets.
The service I received was fast, efficient and was kept up to date regarding claim and payment was made within 2 working days. I was very happy with the service I received.

I have only just taken out this pet insurance so have no idea about claim help (and hope I never will). But I had a query so rang them. My call was answered so quickly, and the person I spoke to answered my question and was very polite and friendly. Very impressed so far.

Great service from many pets
I have been with Many Pets now for 6 years. It has only been in the last three years I have really needed to claim due to my furry friends ongoing health issues. Claims are always paid in full and in a timely manner, I have never had any issues whatsoever with any payout whether it is to me or my vets. Unfortunately the monthly payments are increasing significantly each year, that said I only pay one excess per year and can also claim for a certain amount of complementary treatment so the benefits far out way the bad, I do not have to pay any co payments meaning everything I claim for is paid back in full. Rarely have I had to deal with customer service but when I have they are excellent. Also nearly forgot, there are plenty perks on offer to also take advantage of from pet treats and food to holiday cottages.
