Brilliant company so far! Claims paid within hours of submitting. I am very impressed. Luckily only had to claim a few times for the same issue and had no problems at all! So glad I went with these guys!

Fast claims handling and simple online claims process.

I’ve mad several claims recently for my oldest dog who is now 13.5 years. She has been prescribed medication for arthritis and more recently a possible urine infection. When making the latest claim for her medication for her arthritis the claim was been settled in less than 24 hrs. Recently she has become unsettled, barking at night and urinating in the house which is very out of character. A vet visit confirmed that she was suffering from cognitive dysfunction. I submitted a claim that evening and at 8.15 am the next day my claim had been approved.

Once a claim is established, generally immediate payment made to account, sometimes there can be a delay as the computer algorithm requires a claim to be looked into in more detail and double-checked.

The Website is very user friendly, the speed with which the claims are dealt with is impressive, on most occasions my claims are reimbursed within 24 hours, this takes the financial stress away from an already worrying time for being a pet parent.
