Excellent insurance, highly recommend. Low excess and very fast paying claims.
I wouldn't be with anyone else.
Online support if needed, even greif support when you lose a pet, I can't speak highly enough about many pet's, they are a 10⭐️ company.

Value for money, best company ever
My girl used up nearly all her insurance this year ,I have multipet because I also have her sister ,they have both turned 9 so I knew it would increase but after Stars tests wich cost almost £5000 plus her beds for epilepsy which she has had from a puppy plus vetmedin I was so worried I wouldn't be able to afford it thought it would go sky high but it didn't it increased by £30 a month I was so relieved that cover both girls and I'm a pensioner
But they have been fantastic for the last 9 years put a claim in in the morning and it's usually settled in the afternoon definitely the best pet insurance I'm 74 and had dogs all my life but I would highly recommend this company fantastic service

The process for uploading documents and dealing with claims is first class in every respect. It is time efficient, has real clarity and the response is quick.
