Just brilliant!! I would always recommend ManyPets to anyone!

I've sadly had to use my insurance for my dog Neville who is going through treatment for cancer. This is costly but knowing we have £15000 per year has given me lots of comfort that we have been able to give Neville the best possible chance due to the treatment he is undergoing. I had to call Manypets for some advice and my call was answered quickly by a call handler called Kinga, I hope I've spelled her name correctly! She was so so helpful, professional, caring and genuinely wanted to help, she answered all my questions and I felt so less stressed after speaking to her. My claim has also been paid out within a week of the vets sending the claim! Can't recommend Manypets enough!

I've been having very hard times recently due to my cat's health. My cat has been staying at.the hospital.for a while and I realised that having a pet insurance is definitely very important. I'm.so glad about my insurance Many Pets. The way their work is fast, fair and proper. So appracite for their support in my.hard days. Strongly recommended.

Good quality cover and excellent service. Put in a claim via the ManyPets website because the Vet wasn't sure whether it would be covered or not. I paid the vet at 3pm, completed the form very easily online at home that evening and the money was in my bank account by 8am the next morning.

We’ve now been with Many Pets for around 10 years, we currently have three dogs insured. Unfortunately we have had to submit claims for illness and these have always been dealt with very promptly and efficiently which is vital when you’re in a distressing situation dealing with an ill animal. When I have needed to contact Many Pets by email I’ve received very quick responses and staff have always dealt with queries in a sensitive manner. We only find out how good any insurance cover is when we need to submit a claim. I highly recommend Many Pets insurance.
