I'm Impressed!!
I have been with Many Pets for a few years now and have had a few slow pay outs from claims. This year my dog Meg needed a MRI that cost over £3k I was worried that they might not pay it but they did in just a few days. This morning at about 11am I entered a claim for her on going arthritis treatment. Just had an email at 4pm to say it has been paid into my bank account! Amazing Many Pets thank you!!

ManyPets are truly 5⭐️
ManyPets are truly 5⭐️. I have a lurcher who has needed a lot of behavioural support throughout her life, after being savagely attacked by an off lead dog when she was a pup. This has left her with an intense fear of other dogs. On top of that she has recently needed treating for an allergy. I’ve made very many insurance claims and ManyPets have generally paid out very promptly indeed - sometimes even on the same day I made the claim. If the payment takes longer, while they send for information from my vet, they are very good at keeping me informed. I can recommend them without reservation.

First claim made,been insuring my little cat for 11 years and this was the first claim.The lovely girls at my vets did the claim for me through a portal,this was excellent,so quick and so easy for me.I was amazed at how fast the claim went through and payment into my bank.recomend this company highly.
They also have a very useful link to an online free vet consultation service,I haven't used it but it's great to have it.
Provided my premium doesn't go sky high I shall certainly renew with them. 5* all round.

It makes you wonder if it is all even worth carrying on. Recently put in a claim for ongoing ear infection treatment….came to over £80 and got back Just over £10. Not pleased at all.

We charge a single excess per policy year, regardless of how many claims are made or the number of conditions treated, as long as the claims fall within the same policy year.
This means you only pay one fixed excess amount per year, even if you make multiple claims for different issues going forward.
