It makes you wonder if it is all even worth carrying on. Recently put in a claim for ongoing ear infection treatment….came to over £80 and got back Just over £10. Not pleased at all.

We charge a single excess per policy year, regardless of how many claims are made or the number of conditions treated, as long as the claims fall within the same policy year.
This means you only pay one fixed excess amount per year, even if you make multiple claims for different issues going forward.

What made our experience great was very quick at answering and very helpful and understanding. Nothing was to much trouble and explained throughly the whole process which was very reassuring at this time whilst our dog is poorly in the vets.

BLACKMAIL .REFUSE TO PAY VALID CLAIM
I've insured my pet with this company for several years and found them great ,until due to cost I decided not to renew my policy from October 26 .
My existing policy covered my pet until 4/10/26 so a claim made in September 26 is covered ,or so I thought ,having made the claim a person called Jodie has continually refused to review my valid claim UNLESS I renew my policy .Despite asking for the matter to be refereed to a Manager on several occasions Jodie still finds a way to intercept my request and continually refuses to accept the valid claim .
It looks like I will be forced to had the matter over to a solicitor which is annoying ,unecessary and a pity as they had been a good company in the past .

I've been with manypets since I got Lola 5 years ago. Haven't had to make any claims yet so can't comment on that, however the free 24/7 vet calls have saved me a lot of money twice now so I'm very grateful for these!! Also love the little free treats Lola has received at times. Also when a few bills came out at the same time just before pay day manypets helped me sort the payment over phone so Lola stayed insured. I made a routine 'continuation' claim
I made a routine 'continuation' claim, but there was a problem with my vet failing to provide the necessary information requested by ManyPets. They advised me of the issue and continued to request the information until a resolution was reached. I was kept informed throughout. Finally, the claim was paid. To me, that is customer service.
