Someone had taken out a fraudulent…
Someone had taken out a fraudulent credit card and attached there phone to my bank account where they were able to access a credit card, after phoning marbles to say this, they brushed me off saying they would investigate and find out the culprit, I received an email saying they were closing the investigation.

Marbles (Newday) Ltd employ idiots
My experience with the Marbles Credit South African call centre was completely unacceptable. I contacted them expecting professional customer service, but instead I was treated with disrespect and spoken to in a rude and demeaning manner.
The consultant repeatedly interrupted me, raised their voice, and made me feel belittled instead of trying to resolve my query. I consider the way I was spoken to to be verbal abuse, and no customer should ever have to tolerate that when seeking assistance.
Customer service representatives should treat people with courtesy, patience, and respect, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The interaction left me feeling upset and disappointed.
I hope Marbles Credit investigates the conduct of its call centre staff, provides better training, and ensures that other customers are not subjected to the same treatment. Until there are significant improvements in customer service, I cannot recommend this company.
